I’ve lived at Seasons at Library Square for a year and my experience has been terrific! The apartment complex is in a great location (walking distance to Smiths and Trolley Square). Also the building and parking garage are clean, secure and well maintained. Property management Jordain and Malia are great to deal with, always friendly and willing to help you with any questions. I recently had a couple of minor apartment maintenance issues which I reported and Tim responded the next morning, fixing them quickly. He is always friendly and very good at his job!

Amazing place due to the staff and location. Have lived here for many years. Jordain- Goes above and beyond to provide excellent service for her residents. Garrett- Very kind and helpful. Answers my requests in a timely manner. Tim- One of the best maintenance technicians. Super quick and friendly. Alicia- When I moved in to my apartment it was super clean. Also, she keeps the general areas such as the gym and hallways great.

I have been living at SLS for almost a year and it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartment managers are very personable and amiable, especially Jordain, who’s super understanding and helpful with all apartment related issues and otherwise too. This is my first proper apartment experience outside of college and I was told all kinds of horror stories about stingy and strict landlords, but Jordain and Malia (and later, Garrett) made the entire process super smooth and easy process. All the other residents I’ve met and interacted with are also incredibly nice. It’s located the perfect spot in Downtown SLC, walkable distance from grocery stores (Smiths, Trader Joe’s, etc), the TRAX station, the Library, and the Mall, among other places. With how close it is to Downtown, it’s very affordable in comparison to other apartment complexes the same distance or even further away. Anytime I’ve had Maintainance issues, they’ve been fixed within 24-36 hours. I also have a GORGEOUS view from my apartment! Definitely consider renting here if you’re looking for apartments right out of college or want to live in downtown SLC!

I just want to start my review by Thanking Jordain and Garret for everything! Seasons at Library Square is what you can call home. It's a smaller property compared to the surrounding properties but that's what made it unique. I moved here a year ago and even with a very short notice I was able to move in. It's a quiet and pretty property. Chris the Maintenance is quick in fixing the maintenance issues that's needed to be fixed in your Apartment. It's a great place to live in, people are nice and the Staffs are great! I would definitely recommend moving in here.

I had a tour with them, it was a lovely and quiet place. Yes the police building is just across the street but wouldn’t that make you feel better? The place is beautiful, Garret toured me around the building and I also met Jordain while talking to Garret. Jordain is such a friendly property manager and she’s so polite to everyone. Garret is such a delight, he toured me and made sure that I learn everything to learn. I’m not from Utah so I asked a bunch of questions which he answered greatly. On our tour we met the maintenance, Chris and the Cleaner Alisha. They’re both friendly and I felt so welcomed already. Unfortunately I won’t be able to move to Utah because I had a better opportunity offered out of the Country. If I would, I will definitely stay in this community!

Jordain and Garrett are amazing, kind, they get things done, and they really do care about the residents here. It's a great location close to Downtown SLC, Trax, and bus stops. Everything is well maintained, and the parking garage is safe. I am so happy to live here and highly recommend it to anyone moving to the area! :)

I moved into Seasons at Library square one month ago and I’m so happy to report, I love this apartment. 10/10 would recommend. Let me start by saying I moved here from across the country, which if you’ve done you know is a long and tedious process of planing and travel. I never saw this place before moving in but it’s the safest bet I’ve ever made. Jordain and Malia are hands down the best apartment management team I’ve ever worked with. They made the entire process of viewing the apartment, signing a lease, paying my first months rent (all from across the county) so easy and stress free. They were extremely attentive and timely with their responses. So professional yet fun and familiar that it was a breeze to stay in touch with anything I needed. They were also so thorough in the planning of my arrival I was able to get access to my apartment for the first time, after office hours in this VERY SECURE building by providing step by step instructions. I can’t tell you how lucky I feel to have such a great management team in the building when I read SO MANY bad reviews from other apartment complexes in the city. So thank you for being such a rockstar team. The building it’s self is great and very well maintained. My space is bright and clean. I’ve got a great view of the mountains and of the little green space where people here can take their dogs to play, which come on, who doesn’t love to see dogs everyday. I feel so safe here, the building is beyond secure. Multiple layers of locked doors with electric key entry, and secured parking garage doors. There are security cameras on every floor and all areas are well lit at night. As a single female, this is a big deal and I appreciate this. I put in my first work order for a maintenance request about 2 am last night. I requested to be texted to set up a time to have it fixed. I was texted 8:30 that morning. Tim was so timely and kind. I had broken a light cover over my kitchen island upon first moving in. He tried to get me one from the store but everything is backordered (Covid) but he was quick to order me one right away. I had forgotten to add that my front door lock was low on batteries in my work order request and the lock needed to be tightened a little, he went downstairs to get his tools and batteries, came right back up to get it done. Thank you seasons for being the best apartment team I could have asked for. Rent here if you’re lucky enough to get in, you won’t regret it.

We've lived here for three months. Staff is spectacular--all starts with Jordain (without question the best property manager we've ever had), but Garrett, Chris, and Tim have all gone above and beyond, too. Building itself is as solid and quiet as a mid-rise or high-rise is ever going to be.

I've been a resident for a little bit now, and I wanted to take some time to acclimate before I posted. Thus far, it has been an excellent choice, and I say that as an objective assessment since I strongly dislike dishonest reviews. I moved here sight unseen, and sure, there are minor things about city life that can be interesting to adjust to if you aren't a city kid like myself. But overall, I've been very impressed with SLS. Parking is convenient, the apartments are nice (and quiet!!!!), and the staff is great. Jordain is wonderful, responsive, and never hesitates to help, while Tim is very responsive to any and all maintenance requests. I also have to say - I probably have one of the best balcony views in the entire city. Grocery stores like WF, TJs, and Smiths are only a few short minutes away. There are generally some tents on the way to that area, but as I hinted at, it's a reality of a city and the building itself is very secure to the point where I've never felt uncomfortable. If you are looking for a city apartment with good amenities, a friendly staff, and pretty effective soundproofing, this is a great spot. It might be slightly on the pricier side than other complexes, but I believe comfort in where you live is worth the price of admission. I'm hoping (and have faith) my positive experience will continue. I know renting is rarely all that.

Honestly this is a really solid apartment complex. I've been here for 6 months now and the building is clean and quiet and parking has never been an issue. Similar feeling with my apartment, everything's as expected from my tour, no unpleasant surprises. Also the staff here is really terrific. Whenever I've had a question Malia and Jordain in the office have always been super super helpful and the communication about things going on in the apartment has always been excellent. Tim in maintenance is also totally great, for the one issue that I've had he's just been ridiculously prompt. I don't have anything bad to say about the place.

I just moved here and can honestly say its a great place to live. It's very safe, quiet, and the staff is extremely responsive. Trolley square is close by, which is a great area for shopping, groceries, and yoga! Applying to the apartment, Malia was able to answer all my questions super quick. Jordain helped me with the move in process, and was helpful with all my questions. Tim from maintenance called me right after I submitted my request, and was able to fix everything that day! Great team here! Glad I found this spot.

Seasons at Library Square is a great residence. I've been here about a year now and the location is great, the property manager Jordain is super pleasant to work with, always a very nice experience if I ever need anything or have a question, and Tim the maintenance person is always very courteous and helpful with anything. Was going to change locations to be closer to my partner's work but due to issues with the new place we chose to stay and definitely do not regret it. I moved fresh from out of state and this was the first place I found that was reasonable with prices and accommodations/amenities, location, and a great staff. Definitely recommend this community :)

Great apartment complex that’s just an 8 min walk to the UTA trax station (public transport). The management is prompt, courteous and friendly (Jordain and Malia). Tim and Brent are excellent with maintenance requests. Overall, great place to live in downtown SLC!

I moved into Seasons at Library Square when the building opened in May, 2015 and I've been here ever since. The view of the SLC skyline from my northwest corner unit is pretty sweet. The central downtown location is ideal with lots of shops, parks, bars and restaurants just a quick stroll away. The apartment amenities are on par with other below-average downtown residences.

I've been living here for a couple weeks, and I can honestly say this building is a wonderful place to live. I was having an extremely difficult time finding housing at other properties, and I loved how easy it was to inquire about leasing here and go through the process of finalizing my lease. Jordain H. is without a doubt the most competent, friendliest, and efficient property manager I've worked with at any of the complexes I've lived in (she's really the reason I decided to choose Seasons at LS). She made everything not only stress-free, but fun as well, and I'm just so grateful to have worked with her. Tim, who is in charge of maintenance, has also been wonderful and is one of the many great aspects of the building that put me at ease signing a lease here. The amenities are amazing (my dog LOVES the resident dog park in the back), the building is clean and safe, the other residents are respectful and kind, and the location can't be beat. You will not be sorry if you choose Seasons at Library Square!

Living at Seasons has been a great experience. The management is very helpful, the amenities are great, and you can't beat the location. One of the best things about Seasons is Tim, the maintenance manager. I love how parking is never an issue for me. Everyone woking here is so nice and amazing, they made my move in process easy and non-stressful. The location of this apartment building is perfect--everything from grocery stores, parks, restaurants, and workplaces are in walking distance. The staff here is so kind and welcoming. Lonnie is a great building manager and is always so helpful and patient with any questions that you have. Maintenance staff members are so helpful as well and respond to service requests promptly. I was having an issue with my air conditioning filter during the fire season, and Lonnie and Tim from maintenance worked together to promptly address the issue. Tim even recommended a particular air filter for me if his fix didn't resolve the issue. I really enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone!

Seasons At Library Square is a great apartment building! My wife and I love the location and the quick walk/drive to downtown. We have lived here since April and only had one small issue with our A/C. We put in a work request and Tim, the maintenance manager, was here to fix it ASAP even though the office was closed for the weekend. He went the extra mile to make sure the problem was resolved and even brought us a fan to keep cool until the A/C was back on.

My daughter moved here last August 2020. First impression - the check in process was very thorough. Very detailed and Kaylee was very informative on checking her in and giving all the necessary information she needed to move that day. I was so impressed. Then during the first week all issues ( which was very few) was taken care of by Mr. Tim at a very timely manner, every single one of the issues my daughter put in. Tim was very meticulous on fixing and checking everything making sure all is good. Fast forward 6 months- here to visit my daughter and found a couple of light bulbs out. My daughter sent in maintenance request and the same day Tim to the rescue. Thanks Tim. My daughter definitely enjoyed being in this apartment. People who works here love their job- you can just tell.

I have been living here for a week so far. None of my neighbors blast their tv or music, and everyone i've met has been kind and respectful. I've had nightmare apartment neighbors at other properties who kept me up all hours of the night and was a little nervous to try apartment living again, but this complex has given me hope when it comes to community living. Management and staff are amazing. Tim from Maintenance finishes orders within hours of submitting. Move in was super fast and easy, and the unit itself was squeaky clean!

We have been living here for 8 months so far and it has been THE WORST experience. It’s amazing how the property manager, Lonnie, never takes complaints seriously. We have been dealing with noisy neighbors in the unit directly above our apartment since November 2020. They talk, laugh loudly, and have a party until the early morning a few nights a week. We started off by going to the noisy neighbors in person but when that would not work, we notified management. Now, more than three months later, the issue is still not totally resolved. The seasons at library management did not seem to take our situation seriously and did not enforce the rules stated in the lease that fees and possible eviction should follow warnings. The resident has less frequently been noisy but at this point any noise is unacceptable after the amount of warnings they have received. The police were called four times so far for late night noise that woke our 1 year old daughter up at 1am. The management here did contact the Season’s corporate but we were told there could not be any eviction notice given for the tenants even when the lease agreement dictates otherwise. The apartment is in a great location but it may not be worth it for families with young children because noise will not be handled in a proper fashion. They even smoke on their patio, which is not allowed, but management didn’t care. We have to smell their cigarette smoke anytime we open out patio door for fresh air. Update: Management was willing to work with us and allowed us to explore all options to fix the issue. For this reason, we are upgrading our 1 star review to a 3 star review. We still had to endure a long period of distress before the issue was resolved.

Tim is the maintenance supervisor and has also been great - both with a few minor maintenance issues and also whenever I see him in the hall he is always very friendly. I've been living Seasons for a year and I would definitely rate it as FIVE STARS! The location is great closing to the public library (my go-to place before pandemic, obviously), grocery store, public transportation stations, and anything etc. And the nearby community is very lovely to take a walk! Also, the manager Lonnie is super kind and helpful to take care of my mail when I was out of the town. And the maintenance group is also very responsive to my request, which was quicker than what I expected, especially during this lockdown period. Last time I requested a blind repairing, and Tim who is from the maintenance crew contacted me within one hour setting up a time to come over. Certainly, my request has been resolved within that day and Tim also gave my a great suggestion/trick on handling the blind more properly to make it last longer. Overall, it's a great time living here!

I've been living here for more than a year. Great apartments with good location in downtown. Got most of the amenities with reasonable pricing in this location. Easy to approach any one in the leasing office and the management is great. Maintenance requests will be quickly resolved, thanks to Tim.

I choose this apartment after look at a bunch, although this apartment is not the newest ones, but it is really well kept and near the trax station so I can get to school. There are somethings not working in my room, but Tim the maintenance guy came and helped me really quick. So far so good:)

I put in a work order for my oven, and he was there in less than an hour (and fixed my sink as well). He was friendly and helpful. Lonnie, the property manager, and Kaylie, the leasing specialist, communicate with residents well and are super helpful with good solutions to pandemic-created problems! Wonderful place. Great location which is very close to the grocery store, Walgreens, and even the Indian store. Jordain (and even Issa, Kaelyn, and Lonnie) before her is very good at her job and Tim, the maintenance person is great. If you are looking to rent a place out in SLC, you cannot really get much better than this.

Management is amazing. Always friendly and very efficient. I’ve been here for 3 years and only had to call maintenance twice, both times it got fixed on the same day. Water pressure is good even on the top floor and I never had any issues with the ac or with any of the appliances that come with the apartment. Soundproofing is great between apartments and I never hear my neighbors. I do hear the city noise (cars, sirens, teenagers being loud...) and music from the festivals at the library. The rent is high, but in my opinion it is well priced for all that they offer.

Really great place to live! Staff is nice and takes care of whatever problem you have very fast. Centrally located with good access to public transport. Common areas are well taken care off. Hot tub and theater is a big plus. Apartment is modern and spacious. Everything working without trouble except the air-con breaking down on us a couple of times. Staff was very quick to address this and get it taken care of.

Moved in October of 2019, so far everything has been great. Rent is reasonable, the added fees of the trash service and common area utilities isn't really too bad, but most importantly every concern I have ever had has been handled promptly and with understanding. We deal with Kaelyn mostly and she has been excellent. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a good apartment in a good location for a good price.

We (my girlfriend and cat) have lived her since the building opened and it has been awesome! The building has amazing amenities like a theater room (really nice), courtyard, party room, spa, and gym that all still look brand new. The management and staff here are amazing from the top-down also. They are all very friendly and genuinely interested in ways that they can make the building better. There have been a few growing pains since we moved in right when the building opened, but overall we have been extremely happy and just renewed our lease.

Absolutely loved living at Seasons! The property is well taken care of and super secure. But the best part about Seasons is the staff. Issa and Lonnie have been the best management team I've ever had! They both take the time to get to know their residents and are always happy to help you with whatever you need. I lived at Seasons at Library Square for almost 4 years and I loved it so much! The location is perfect; grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, the library, everything is within walking distance. The staff treated my family like family. Issa was always so professional and takes immediate care of any issue you might have as a resident. Maintenance comes quickly; I never waited more than a few hours for them to arrive. The 2-level parking garage is safe and secure. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. I love the amount of storage space in the kitchen. The washer and dryer work just fine. The only gripe is that the fire alarm always goes off when I use the stove for anything except boiling water. Even with the fan on and the doors open to vent it out of the room. The theatre room and clubhouse are great. The hot tub is a nice place to relax at night. Overall the complex is quite nice.

We found a small leak under our kitchen sink and reported it to maintenance. The NEXT day, (my boy) maintenance guy Tim, came in on a cold, snowy SUNDAY AFTERNOON, determined the problem, and fixed it early the next morning. When does this man rest?! Is he a machine?! All I know is that while this might be the first apartment I have ever been in, Tim is (by far) the best maintenance guy, nay the best maintenance man I have ever had the experience of experiencing. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a great apartment to live in. Great location and it sits right in the heart of downtown. Like, everything is very accessible, from grocery stores, to banks, malls (shopping centers), trax stations, and restaurants. I’m also very impressed with the facilities that they provide to their tenants. The massive theater is delightful especially for me who loves binge watching movies. We have a lovely and friendly neighbors and I feel really safe and secured in the building. The hot tub in the central courtyard topped my favorites in this apartment. It’s perfect for a cozy night with some grilling going. The clubhouse is also perfect for small social gatherings; it definitely bring friends together. I love it!

Ms. Issa Martinez is by far the best of the best. She is very hospitable, very responsive to concerns and calls, and is very good to tenants at Seasons at Library Square. She makes very sure that you are comfortable living at your apartment and she is great in explaining things when you have certain questions. Moved into Seasons at Library Square right as the staff was switching! Everything was handled wonderfully from our first viewing of the apartment layout with Lonnie to moving in with Kaelyn as the new property manager. We ended up seeing the actual apartment we were going to move into and the cleaning crew hadn't done the best job, which both us and Kaelyn were disappointed by, Kaelyn even said she would stay that night and do it herself if she couldn't get the company back in! Everything was resolved quickly and the apartment was sparkling when we moved in! Kaelyn is so sweet and just lovely to work with and Eddie is always very aware of his surroundings and always wishes me well on my way out the door! It makes the atmosphere here very warm. 😊 Not to mention it's a perfect location, has a big hot tub that my boyfriend and I have been thoroughly enjoying, and parking in a garage so you don't have to worry about digging your car out in winter! Also, the fitness area has been a blessing, it makes working out so much easier! Having a clubhouse has been useful as well for playing games with friends, since we don't have a table large enough in our apartment. Overall, we're very pleased we decided on living here. 👍👍

Seasons at Library Square is probably one the best apartments in town. It's clean, has great facilities, you can use the gym and spa anytime, great management, very good people, very secured since it's quite near the police station, security keys and automatic door lock are pretty tight cuz its very convenient, and very accessible to just anywhere you need to be. Just a few blocks from groceries, restaurants and downtown malls. I totally recommend this apartment for short and long term deals.

I've been a resident here for the last few months and I LOVE IT. The community is beautiful, the location is perfect, and my neighbors are all nice normal people. (hard to find in salt lake city) Tonight my cat jumped off my balcony on the fourth floor, don't worry she's perfectly okay, but she landed in a locked area. I was able to get ahold of the emergency matinence man named Tim. He showed up in less than five minutes and quickly helped me get to my cat. I have lived here for almost three months and it has been a Dream! The building is very safe. Police station is located in front of Library Square. The Trax station that goes to the University of Utah is very close to the property. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. It pays to read reviews when looking for a place. I am very meticulous when it comes to things like apartment. I spent months looking, researching, and reading reviews of different apartments in salt lake. Some have great amenities, but poor management, some are cheap up front but so many hidden fees (which is actually the downfall of most most apartments). Some apartments are almost perfect with their pricing, manangement and amenities but they are in a bad and unsafe environment. I came to know Seasons and their good rating is a manifestation how amazing this place is. They earned their reviews. The management is versatile. They are very accomodating. This is hands down the best Apartment complex in Layton City. Not only are the apartments beautiful and spacious but we have the most amazing amenities here . They include a nice pool area with a fireplace, splash pad, big theater room, and arcade just to name a few.. Awesome place to live. Very secure with great amenities. Close to UTA Trax. Walkable distance to places in downtown. The most important part is community manager (Issa) and her great staffs. Thankfully, I got everything I need here at Seasons at Library Square. LOCATION This apartment is located in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City. Its just 5-6 minutes walk to the Trax Station, which is good for the people who usually take public transportation. If you’re in a hurry and need to buy something, its just two blocks away from the nearest grocery store which is Smith’s. Well if you have lots of stuffs to buy for your groceries, and more time too, don’t forget that its only two trax stations to go to Walmart. Maybe around 5 minutes drive to get there. Let’s say you wake up in the middle of the night and craving for food or anything you want to eat, the 24/7 7’11 Convenient Store is just one block across the road. Oh! If you’re inlove with Donuts or any breakfast items, Dunkin Donuts is almost beside 7’11. Who wouldn’t love that, right? 😉 Your a student? Or a people who loves hanging out in the Library or simply loves reading? Don’t worry, you got the perfect place to live in Utah. Because Salt Lake City Library is just in front of this apartment. Seasons at Library has the best gym too. Though if you’re looking for more, Planet Fitness is across the road, in front of Dunkin Donuts. Having time to pamper yourself, salon or hang out with friends, family or want to eat out? You will find some restaurants and beauty salon near the area. Actually, they’re just located on the left side of the building. Need a money for some emergency reasons or let’s say you need to use ATM machines? Chase Bank is one block away, Wells Fargo too. And America First and Mountain America is just two blocks, in front of Smith’s Marketplace (the grocery store I’m talking about). You don’t have to worry about your safety, Seasons is a very safe place to live. Aside from there security cameras, you are actually less than a block away from the Salt Lake Police Department. 👮🏻‍♂️ Are you a shopping lover? Or just wants to go to the mall because its your happy place? City Creek Center, is just two trax stations away. They have lots of great stores and restaurants to choose from. You can also find Harmons here, if you’re into organic foods, great and fresh choices of meat for your grocery. You can also watch movies in Gateway Mall, which is another mall you can find near the area. Are you a basketball fan, or a person who loves to watch concerts? You’re in the right apartment to live in. Because the Vivint Smart Arena is just four trax stations away. Its Sunday! And its Workship or Church Day with your families! A Catholic Church is just 6-9 minutes walk from Seasons. And two stations to go Temple Square if you are a Mormon. Get ready for your phone or any professional cameras to take fancy photos! A Hotelier just like me? You don’t have to worry not to catch the bus stations even Train Stations just to get home. Because the best rated hotel (The Grand America) in town is just a walking distance from this complex. If you think your apartment will not be enough for your big amount of friends or family when they visits you, you are free to choose any hotels to accommodate them. All are just walking distance from your apartment.

The maintenance guy, Tim, is so quick to fix any problems! He’s come twice to fix some things in our apartment, and both times he was fast and efficient.
