Great service!!! Corri, Laurie, Ana are wonderful!! Corri never got sick of my 1,000 emails! Mark is down to earth and the staff at the Providence office are so friendly and really advocate for you. We were sad when they didn’t have any rentals to move to once we had our baby and needed more space. Manny and Owen in maintenance are speedy and get the job done. Thank you!!!

Very nice staff to deal with, always friendly, responsive, and promptly address normal situations which arise while renting. The interview process was uneventful and Management made a decision to offer us the condo in a timely manner. Maintenance when requested responded promptly, arrived and took care of the issue. I have had Real Property Management Providence manage several properties I own for the past several years. While I do think in general they are good people running it, like any business they cut corners where they can. With the market I have been selling off many of my properties, and switching management companies for what I am keeping. The last straw for me was being notified of a really bad leak at one of my properties and the tenant threatening to sue. I was notified of this 3/21 and have received no specific communication pertaining to what is going on since 3/23. Today is 4/1. This is not my first rodeo where it is very apparent this company is not as actively involved with property management as they should. I am the owner, there is damage to my property and I have a tenant threating to sue me. I would like to actively know what is going on, I don't think that is too much to ask.

They’ve been worth every penny so far and have helped with projects such as putting a driveway in and things as simple as replacing the battery of a fire alarm. Having worked with real property for many years I can confirm they are a very professional, organized and well run team. The transition to having Real Property manage my investment property was seamless. All requests and questions were addressed promptly from the onset of the relationship all the way thru to closing on the sale, and this period covers many years. I've used Real Property Management to manage/rent my condo unit in Providence for the past two years. Of all the property managers in RI, they seem to be the only competent ones (I have experience with two other companies and they were both horrible). Mark is very responsive to any questions or requests I have had and has been able to rent my unit very quickly. I had a bunch of broken things this past winter (furnace, thermostat, etc) and everything was taken care of in a timely manner so that my tenants never complained, and I was able to track the work orders and everything through their online portal. I wish Real Property would manage condo associations because I would definitely use them for that as well.

They have managed my rental property for over ten years. In the giant flood that ruined Warwick Mall a few years ago, they were right over to my house, which was flooded. When all my neighbors couldn't get the fire department to pump them out, Real Property Management was able to get it done, and for free. They have been consistent, attentive and caring and they find good tenants. I recommend them highly.

I would recommend my closest relatives to rpm they are very understanding and loyal to the tenants. Any issues i had they sent some one with in minutes. Ron is an awesome rental agent he's the guy that shows the places love that guy biggest heart. Amy is a sweet heart.mark runs the place he's a class act down to earth. They are very reasonable in there rentals and have thousands of rentals to chose from. If you are looking for reasonable clean apartments our houses for rent this is the place. So when i see reviews of people bad mouthing them then i suspect they were the kind of tenants that didn't pay on time and just damaged stuff and now there bitter. Cuz i always treated fairly and none of my concerns went unanswered

Sorry to say goodbye! My move to and from Rhode Island was made easy and efficient by the professional staff at Real Property Providence. They did everything they could to work with me during our move from Delaware as well as our latest move to Connecticut. They were available after hours for working out all the details of our move in and move out as well as while we lived in one of their managed properties. Communicating with the was truly a pleasure. They acted on the maintenance requests promptly and decisively each and every time. I was a tenant in an apartment managed by Real Property. I lived in the apartment 2 1/2 years. They were fantastic! Right from the begining of signing the lease and all the way through move out they were knowledgeable and always helpful and understanding. If there was a maintenance issue with the apartment they sceduled service immediately. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment. There is NO WAY some of these other reviews I am reading can be about this company...they don't make sense. Those remarks were NOT my experience!

I have had my property in Cranston listed with this firm for four years. They have been amazing. My house is my main investment and they take excellent care of it. I can truly say that I do not have to worry about the property. We travel in the winter and Real Property management also takes care of our house in Providence for us. If you are looking for a property management firm that is full service an charges reasonable fee, you can do no better.

I have been with Real Property for 3 years now. they've always been professional and nice. There was a period of time when communication was a bit lacking but it was due to some staff turnover. I can say that I'm currently very happy with their services especially the Manager, Mark Russo. He goes beyond my expectation and had taken care of everything from coordinating with HOA in fixing the skylight, find contractors to fix and clean the condo to prepare for new Tenants and to finding me a new Tenant within a month.
