Saying Danielle is an amazing realtor is an understatement. Her level of customer service and attention to detail is quite refreshing. After being introduced to Danielle, she made a conscious effort to connect with me, starting by saying my name correctly. Now it might seem like that's not a big deal but as a Nigerian-American whose name is quite simple to say but often mispronounced having Danielle say my name correctly each time we spoke made me feel at home. Wow. Wow. Wow. Up front: Suzi is a Godsend! From across the world, she helped us find AND buy our first home!! Active military, stationed in Japan, new orders to Rhode Island prompted us to TRY to buy our very first house. We found Suzi on the Facebook military spouses page and could immediately tell she was prepared to go above and beyond to help us, even though we were a world away. Suzi met us on Facebook Live to do video walkthroughs of at least 20 houses ALL over RI.
