I've been using Brandon and his team for many years. Through this time I have had small and large construction projects completed by his team, the workmanship and price are unmatched in the industry. Everyone in this business knows how hard it is to find a reliable contractor who can produce quality work. Using Avellino Construction and Property Management, I worry no longer. In the beginning I would stop in through out the project to verify the work only to find Brandon on site insuring the scope of work and time frame were on track. Now i just take a look at the completed project with confidence everything was done properly. As far as the property management side, anyone Brandon has placed in one of my apartments has paid on time through out their tenancy. When a tenant didn't pay it was an inherited tenant, to which Brandon handled everything with the court. Using Avellino Construction and Property Management gives me piece of mind so I can focus my energy elsewhere. Thank you Brandon and your team!

Avellino Construction was absolutely incredible!! I unfortunately had a large flood in a rental of mine impacting both bathrooms to the point where they needed to be ripped out to the studs and concrete slab, dried and completely redone. I had to move tenants out of the location and knew I needed to be done in 30 days with the entire project. (Mind you this was before COVID so materials were a little easier to come by with shorter lead times which helped). I called Brandon, owner of Avellino construction and property management on a whim from the bigger pockets forum and luckily, he answered first call. Even more lucky, he was able to move a few things around understanding my urgency and predicament as a fellow rental property owner. He and his team came in and in those 30 days completed the entire project from first call through completion. The work was neat, tidy and the materials the team chose fit the rental perfectly. I would not have wanted to work with anyone else on this project and am so glad my first call was the right one! I would highly recommend Avellino construction! Also, knowing their work ethic, if I were to purchase more properties and be in the business of needing a property manager, they would again be my first call! Alyssa

I had contacted multiple contractors for a front door installation for my house. Some never got back to me, some came. Then Avellino Construction and Property came. I was very impressed with how responsive, professional and thorough Brandon (one of the owners) was with the possible job ahead. I was so impressed that I hired him on the spot (had 2 other contractors scheduled to come). Before the job started somehow during the conversation, I mentioned to Brandon that my son was very allergic. The day that the job started, the crew came in and sealed the area with plastic. I asked the crew why the were sealing the area, since it was a "small job" and minimal dust would be in the air. The crew responded with, Brandon wants to make sure your son won't suffer from any additional allergies due to the elements. The door came out great, and we could not be happier with the project. Since, I have been using Avellino Properties for any home and property rental projects. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

During these Covid times, as most of us have been restricted to our homes, many have decided to use as an opportunity to make major repairs and renovations. I decided to do a complete bathroom renovation. After some research, it became clear to me the tricky part was knowing who to trust and, as I made my inquiries; I was shocked at the horror stories I was told ranging from unknowledgeable and unprofessional staff to shoddy workmanship, deadline/timing issues, to actual theft of funds resulting in an incomplete job! It was at that time, a friend in real estate recommended to me Avellino Construction. The owner, Brandon was completely professional, knowledgably and extremely accommodating. His crew knew what they were doing and finished the job as planned. They even addressed the unexpected, unforeseen issues that came up (one of mine was a leak) which can and do happen in renovations! The bathroom renovation went beyond what I expected. I highly recommend.

I recommend this company 100%. I have been a tenant going on i believe 5 years now and from day 1 this company has never let me down! Hardly ever any issues , and if there are , they were resolved in the matter of 24 hrs or less. They make sure their tenants are comfortable by making the home comfortable and safe. Yardwork is done frequently , keeping the place looking clean. Paying rent is as simple as one click via online. I can go on and on about how good this company has been to me and others; Highly recommend !!

Avellino Construction recently renovated my bathroom from the 1970’s. They took it down to the studs. Completely gutted it. All new electrical and plumbing also. Couldn’t be happier with the workmanship, and the overall experience with Avellino construction. I would definitely recommend them for any type of work needed. Great experience. Will use them again for future projects.

I highly recommend this company. I have rented from them for over 2 1/2 years. They are wonderful! If there was any issue (not many since they remodeled the entire house prior to me renting it) they were very quick to respond and fix the issue. Paying rent is simple as it's done online. All yardwork is done by a landscaper and snow removal is also taken care of! Again, highly recommended!

Can’t say enough about Brandon and his team. The leak that turned into a plumbing, electrical and structural nightmare (at one point I could jump and do a pull-up into my bedroom from first floor.just a huge hole).... as well as the biggest eyesore in my home is now gone. Not only did they swoop in and take the bull by the horns, they mitigated, designed a new bathroom with a plan, and got it don’t with urgency. They truly cared about their work, my well being and the finished product. Even checked up on their work weeks later to be sure it was all correct! Huge thanks to Brandon and Avellino construction for making this happen. Never thought I would be able to get this done and you guys came in and killed it. Worked your tails off (even on holidays) and treated it as your own home. Forever grateful and couldn’t be happier. Like a new home!

Well kept rental/property. No complaints or issues in the two year we rented with Avellino . Backyard was always mowed, and snow was always plowed! Great property management, great landlord. Would 100% recommend.
