Susie Hunt Moran in my opinion is a five star plus. I have never experienced a realtor who is what I would call a turn key realtor. First Susie came to my home and gave her opinion on what needed to be done in order to get top dollar on my home. Next Susie arranged bids for all the necessary work. Once we made our decisions on the work, Susie then coordinated all the subs so quickly so we could promptly get our home on the market. Todd Winslow exceeds expectations. Todd guided me through the selling process via the phone (currently living on east coast). When he took the listing the property seemed impossible and he created a plan and I followed it precisely. He went to the property took pictures, videos and lined up contractors for me. Regina Cameli was patient, pleasant and thorough. She was knowledgeable about different neighborhoods, housing styles and building codes. She also has a great understanding of construction terminology and past and potential renovations on a property. When Regina showed us what turned out to be our future purchase, she quickly assessed that the asking price was a low one and that the property could go for well over asking price. She was very calm and analytical about what we should offer. Her advice did the trick against 5 other offers. Regina is a jewel and we will be recommending her to anyone interested in Portland area real estate.

My family worked with Susie Hunt Moran and Mila Leissler (Team Moran) on a recent transaction. We were focused on SE Portland had a pretty long list of specific requirements. We closed our deal yesterday, and we cannot say enough good things about Team Moran. They know the city inside and out, are great listeners, and do not waste time showing you houses that do not meet your requirements. Their communication skills are superb; they were always available for questions, responded to messages typically within the hour, and addressed any concerns we had about the deal knowledgeably, calmly, and empathetically. We had several significant issues that arose,the biggest with an underperforming lender who nearly cratered our deal, and Susie solved the problem very quickly, getting us a better deal to boot. Mila was always at the ready to handle a variety of requests from us, quickly and well. There wasn’t anything that came up that this team did not handle smoothly and with excellent client service. We were extremely fortunate to work with them as I don’t believe we would have closed our deal without them. To top it off, they could not have been nicer to work with! Thank you, Team Moran!

(I was not asked to write this review, I genuinely wanted to because I love my office, management and Agents here!) I am an Admin at this office, I have only been here for 4 months and I can't rave enough about the relief and joy I have found being here and restarting my career in real estate. I have worked for three different real estate companies in administrative roles over the years, and this office has by far inspired me to get my real estate licence and be an Agent here. The wealth of knowledge between all the Brokers, is incredibly impressive, and the best part is they share it with each other! This is a huge part of why I want to be a Broker here, Its not an air of internal competition against each other, its more of a community wanting everyone to thrive and get the best for their clients. To go back to being in an Admin role, I'm continuously impressed with the level of respect, positive (and constructive) feedback I receive from everyone here. They keep me busy, but honor my time and energy. I worked in the service industry for 6 years, and If I was a waitress here, I'd feel like every table I served tipped 50%. And if you've ever heard the saying, "you can tell a lot by a person by how they treat their server," this industry is the same by "how they treat their Admin."

If you're looking for someone to help you sell or buy a house you need Tony Carpenter. This guy is a work horse, I don't even think he sleeps. He was 100% all in from the get go, making an easy to follow to-do list to help sell my house. Whenever I had questions or concerns his response time was like lightning. He made what can be one of the most stressful processes seem like nothing more than a fun challenge. It is apparent that Tony loves what he does and it shines through in his interactions.
