Rebecca went over and above what we expected as she shepherded the sale of a family member's properties for whom we had assumed responsibility. We live in a different state and Rebecca took on tasks that were outside the typical (returning electronics), dealt with a challenging interaction with another agent professionally but clearly, communicated with us regularly and sought our preferences to guide her before moving forward and took extra time to include our family member by visiting her and creating a photo album of the property.
