JD Jarvis assisted me and from the first initial contact he showed me sympathy and empathy. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were being properly met. He’s very responsive with emails and calls. I highly recommend this Team of individuals to assist you with you search for a new home! I feel relieved and blessed to know that I have a property management team that will extend support to their clients and customers! 10 star rating.

I was stuck in a jam due to have having the best credit and plus not wanting to buy a home at this moment due to high interest rates. So my only option is to rent. I had a hard time with other agencies. Carry and her team at On Q really helped me out and cared about my concerns. I originally wanted to rent a particular home but it was taken. Carry directed me to other homes that I ended up like better. I was able to use the same application from the home I originally wanted and I ended up picking a different home. Of course, no one can really help that the prices of renting are sky high at the moment but this agent certainly was the most helpful to me and my family. They overall helped us get the home we needed. I would recommend using them and not bothering with others (like Sylvan) whom really don’t care if you rent from them or not. Great experience thus far with on Q as renters. JD was superb at helping and answering all questions before move in. Everyone there is so friendly and a beautiful building! There is one woman who really is ruining their reputation though...not sure what her name is she is the receptionist with the glasses up front. We have went in numerous times with the same experience with her. She has the worst attitude as if she hates her job, literally. Each time we tried being friendly with her and she won't even make eye contact and has this tone as if we are disturbing her...as someone in the business world, your receptionist is your first point of contact and impression with clientele. On Q needs to reevaluate her as their receptionist. She is definitely affecting your business in a negative way.

The team at On Q properties was very helpful starting with the ladies that are in charge of showing the rental properties they did their best at accommodating me for a same day viewing. Once I chose a property I was interested in, Kason Woolf in charge of completing my lease agreement was great and courteous at responding every inquiry I had in a timely manner. The only constructive feedback I have is to inspect every property for the types of utilities and including that in your website as well. I had a question whether the hook ups for washer&dryer units were gas or electric since at the time when I went and saw the property I couldn’t tell, there was a little bit of confusion regarding that.

Chelbi has been an exceptional asset to our renting experience, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. She has consistently responded to our inquiries promptly and with the utmost professionalism. **We moved into a unit without a working dishwasher, front door that didn't latch and a gate that was broken. There were many other things that needed fixing upon moving in, and she helped us get most of it taken care of. Another note: the house was dirty, food splattered in the microwave and on the ceiling, so we had to deep clean the place ourselves the first few days. There was also paraphernalia found in our washing machine - and old items left behind by the previous tenant. So ensure the house has a proper walk through when you move into your house! ** On several occasions, we have encountered challenges with neighboring tenants causing damage to our property, as well as other issues that required attention. In each case, Chelbi has been there for us, providing support and guidance throughout the resolution process. Her dedication and attentiveness have truly made a difference, and we cannot recommend her enough. Additionally, we had the pleasure of meeting Hal during our house inspection, and we were impressed with his courteous and respectful demeanor.
