Like most folks who don’t know where to begin when looking for a dependable Realtor, I came to Google. I was in the process of buying a home and with the current market trend being so murky, I needed someone who would act in my best interests. I came across reviews for Bruno which were from buyers & sellers over several years and they got nothing but great things to say about him & his team. Upon working with him for a couple of months now, I can understand as to why his customers hold him in high regards. He’s very prompt with his responses (called me within a few minutes when I inquired about his availability), helped me connect with a wonderful Mortgage Processor (Michelle Milliron) who helped to pre-qualify making it hassle-free to look at properties for sale. He is never pushy / try to rush into buying just to earn a commission, takes his time to explain the pros & cons of the property, assesses the market thoroughly so that as a buyer, I am not overpaying; negotiates hard on my behalf with the Seller’s agent, etc. What more could be asked of a buyer’s agent who always looks out for his buyer.. I haven’t bought a home yet, but I am very confident that with his help, I won’t be overpaying and will be able to get the best deal for a property that I end up buying. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a buyer’s agent to work with Bruno.

Taking the plunge to purchase a new home can be a fun and exciting process, but in this market, in these times, stressful! To make matters more interesting, if you were moving interstate and cannot be in the location you’re shopping on a regular basis, you need to trust your agent to not only listen to your wants and restrictions regarding area, price and amenities, but you need absolute communication and trust... Sometimes you get lucky and get a referral from a friend that’s close to you who had a positive and relevant experience that you can take solace in knowing you’ll be taken care of— This is not always the case with high turnover in realtors and with many other variables that require sheer luck to result in your success. Thankfully we have review websites, but even that may or not be accurate or worse, paid for with false result. That said, my family and I are very real.. and after attempting to leverage the aforementioned options, I did my research to find who I believe might be the best realtors in the immediate area and after speaking with a few of them, I feel I ended up with the best and most congenial to make the experience more palatable. I can only hope that my positive experience and record of it will help someone else avoid a less than savory experience. Going through the homebuying process isn’t what it used to be… 15 years ago when I bought my first home, it was a different story when all you had to do was put your percentage down, have good credit and find a home that you really liked. Nowadays you need all of that, but you’re having to offer six figures over asking on properties that are worth $50,000 less than you’re offering and still need $50,000 worth of repair… Well, maybe not everybody has to do that, but certain markets required this formula to get into the home that you like. Being strategic with your offers, searches, fast response Is critical if you’re to have a chance— Bruno does a good job of outlining what needs to happen, what a home is worth and how to structure a safe, but competitive deal. Bruno was honest to a fault sometimes and steered us away from homes that we otherwise liked, which was really strange at times, but since the communication was so good, we were able to understand that just because a home was painted and had my new appliances and otherwise looked great, it may have been a bad decision financially in the future – – Ultimately it comes down to what you want though and he’s just the kind of guy you need on your side to make sure you understand whether you’re making an emotional or financial decision that’s best for you—What else can you ask for? ...In the grand scheme of things, we ended up getting an amazing home that we are elated to be in!
