With Riky, I was able to find a condo, get acceptance of an offer below asking price, and close in just over a month (Sept 2022). Since I don't live locally and had to do quite a bit from afar, Riky also took care of scheduling and meeting with the inspector, coordinating walkthroughs with my parents (who are local), recommending lenders (one of which I used), and providing home maintenance/repair recommendations. He was extremely accommodating, and I felt I could completely trust his advice and judgment throughout the process. He also did his due diligence in researching properties I was interested in, discovering that one was in the midst of arbitration, which would have been a waste of time to even consider. I wouldn't hesitate to use Riky as my agent again or recommend him to others.
