Workers are phenomenal and very go with the flow as far as your needs! The apartment I moved into was not fully prepared but I feel that was more the fault of the landlord rather than red key as a company! They are fantastic especially as a teen who needed a place to live. They made everything so easy.

EDIT: Lisa took time out of her night to call me right after this was posted to clear things up. I have a lot of respect for calling outside of work hours to clear up bad water. Thank you Lisa for everything! I was removed off the lease of my old rental due to me relocating for work. When I left I had all my payments current (also paid a $200 fee plus my rent payment). The paperwork I got stated I was removed from all financial responsibilities (leaving the three other folks I was living with on the lease). I haven’t heard from RedKey since leaving the property. No one has reached out ONCE. I was told that I was good to go by who I would assume to be the owner of Red Key (Kevin). Out of no where I receive a threatening email about outstanding debts that I don’t owe with no information regarding the issue. Red Key is impossible to get ahold of and their communication isn’t good at all. They were slow to reply when I had questions about getting off the lease and answering any sort of questions when I had called. My experience with them I was hoping would be a painless and easy experience, but it has been nothing like that. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend RedKey to anyone due to the lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and lack of organization. I’m hoping that getting this error cleared up with Red Key will be easy and painless and I will update this with the results…

I’ve been living in a duplex house for a couple months now through Red Key Real Estate, this morning I had a bit of trouble by forgetting my keys inside my home. I called Diane Kaye, and she gave me information on when the office would be open to get my door unlocked (office hours are 9am - but I called at 8am, running late to work) she came out of her way to come help me open my door. She has been very helpful ever since I moved in, she is very informative and reaches out in a timely manner. I’d recommend Diane Kaye for anyone looking for a new place. She is great at what she does!!

Red Key is my current landlord. Having owned a property management company before, I am pretty particular about anypany management company I pay rent to. Having been a tenant with the company, I can say that what I am most appreciative is their response to maintenance requests. They promptly respond and arrange a vendor to do the job. If a vendor is not performing, they take action. They took over my lease in the middle of my last lease, when I decided to move, I wanted to stay with them. The application process and house search was easy and straight forward. I have heard horror stories throughout the city and Red Key is someone I would recommend to my friends. There isn't a better endorsement than that.

The only problem I have currently with this place is the outrageous late fees that they charge. During a time of COVID-19 pandemic there are people who are getting sick who can’t work and might be late on rent, I have experienced it myself as well as heard from others that this company does not care. My last review included maintenance issues they fixed one of them however there is still a gap in the front door allowing cold air snow rain water to just flow on through. The groundskeeping can also be improved however I understand that is a huge, and expensive investment.

I have lived at Beau Manor town homes for 20 years, Red Key recently purchased the property, and while the past owner was great, I can’t say enough about Red Key Realestate. Any issues( and there haven’t been many) are always courteously addressed, and prompt! All of the residents recently got new windows and patio doors that are awesome! The staff is always pleasant and concerned not just about making sure things are addressed, but about the well being and satisfaction of the residents! They are top notch with me! Red key Realestate gives red carpet service!!!! I almost forgot to mention, they even got our driveways and parking areas re surfaced! Thank you Red Key Realestate!

Red Key had Affordable drain cleaner come and take care of our clogged drains,this gentleman was amazing he came the same day we called to get it fixed.He was very efficient and very knowledgeable.I feel he went above the call of duty to get everything done. Red Key hasn't given me any reason not to like them. They give notice who is going to contact me when there is a maintenance request, repairs are usually handled in a timely manner, and they're professional when I talk to them. The only reason why they didn't get 5 stars is because they didn't have the cleaning crew come before we moved in, and they didn't listen to me when I told them there would be a major problem with the main bathroom if it wasn't dealt with soon (it was fixed, but almost a year later when the issue I said would happen, happened). Otherwise they're way better than any other property management company I've dealt with in the past.

They were Really transparent about the listing that they had available and the listings that were waiting to be updated.
