We had just sold our home in Tulsa and were looking for a new home in north Edmond. Fortunately for us we’d come across a home that Charlie had listed. I was initially concerned about having the same broker handle both sides of the transaction, but those concerns quickly diminished. I found Charlie to be fair to both sides and felt we had an exceptional buying experience. He also had excellent contractor recommendations for work we had planned for our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone in a similar situation.
