Craig was amazing from start to finish. I purchased and sold properties in the past so I know the ropes and what to expect. What makes Craig unique is that he connects with people and really understands their needs. We were doing a long distance transaction and were only in town for a short portion of our escrow. Despite that challenge he kept us posted literally every step of the process. He guided us on how best to approach the situation when the appraisal came back with some concerns.
