I have been working with Aina Lin-Hsieh at Rosa Agency for over ten years. Aina is the best real estate agent I have worked with. She is very knowledgeable about the market and always gives me great advice as a buyer. She is very professional in dealing with landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers. Truth be told, we had a bit of a rocky start. I think my expectations were from watching too many HGTV shows. We got off on the wrong foot when one of Augie’s realtors didn’t put out the outdoor cushions at the open house. We were away for the weekend and I gave specific instructions, I wanted to present the house in the best possible light. There were a couple more minor things. I’m obviously very particular. Augie was very professional, patient and gracious about any feedback I had. But that was it, their services got better and better as the weeks went by. It was better when it counted and in a critical way. For one, they made sure that the house was prepared for the CO inspection. Augie and his staff were available to show the house if we were not around. Any inspection, construction estimates or visit, they made themselves available to us. We had some huge hiccups where permits needed to be file, needed estimates, etc. Augie and team were so hands on, so pivotal. They didn’t procrastinate, just got it done. It makes a difference in who you choose to represent you. It’s important to have a realtor who has solid relationships, because at the end of the day, you need that to get your house sold timely and as smooth as possible. I do not regret, in fact I’m so incredibly fortunate to have selected Rosa – Neno Realty to represent us. Selling a house is very stressful, make it de-stressful as much as possible. Choose the right realtor, as I did. Thank you Augie, really, you were 2nd to none.
