Gary Astorino's knowledge and experience guided me and my family to a successful purchase. What impressed me the most was his honestly and integrity. He was always empathetic in regards to my family's needs. When my best friend died and his son and grandson inherited his house 2 years ago, I personally took them to see Gary and Tom at Realty 33. Once again Gary delivered unbelievable services. My best friend knew his son and grandson could count on me and I knew that I could count on Gary Astorno and Realty 33. Our family had the best experience with Tom Campbelll and Gary Astorino at Realty 33. We inherited a 100 year old house in Irvington that had been lived in by my grandparents and then my aunt. We initially wanted them to act as our realtors in selling the house, but it was not long before we realized that the house was going to need more work than we could deal with from a distance. As a result Tom and Gary offered to purchase the house from us for cash, as is. They were very honest, easy to do business with and very professional. They gave us a very fair price, helped us in dealings with the township, helped us in removing items from the house and overall did a fantastic job for us. I would give them 10 starts if I could and would do business with them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their home.

We listed our home with Silvio Lavrador during the first week of January 2020. Silvio assessed what our best pricing strategy would be. We had a whirlwind weekend of about 15 showings. The house sold in two days. We had 5 offers, including 2 over our asking price. A good realtor does more than show your home and get a commission check at the end. Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful things you will do. There is a lot of hand holding that a good agent does to calm you down, protect you and keep a smooth relationship with your buyer. Silvio was excellent at doing this. It is my pleasure to give him a 5 star rating. On March 8th we moved into our new home.

My wife & I needing to sell a property, and sell it quickly, were referred to Silvio Lavrador, of Realty 33. My wife & I are more than pleased that we took the advice of a friend and contacted Silvio. A few weeks back, on a Saturday, we met with Silvio, explained our need to sell. Silvio assured us, he's a professional, has a huge data base, and can sell and close our house quickly. Of course, we were a bit skeptical. We were more than happy to hear, the following Tuesday, 3 days later that Silvio had an interested buyer, and we finalized pricing by the next day. I personally spent 5 years as a mortgage broker, and have never seen the extent of service Silvio provided. If you're interested in selling, or purchasing, a home, Silvio Lavrador, is the man you want to work with (period)!!!

Silvio was a huge help. Last week I had some minor plumbing issues in my home that needed repair but I was concerned about overpaying for what seemed like a small job. I reached out to Silvio and even though we aren’t selling our home and have no real estate business to conduct, Silvio still put us in touch with his plumber that fixed everything the next day and only charged us $150. I was impressed that he took the time to make sure our problem was taken care of even though he knew we weren't selling the house. Selling or purchasing a home can be a pain in the butt. I have done it before. But this was my first experience with Gary and Tom and it was excellent!..
