I had an awesome experience with Yup Realty, particularly with Michael Levin. I'm an international student coming for the first time to live in NYC and I didn't know how rough can be for non US citizens to find a place to rent. Michael was extremely nice with me and my roommates, he took the time to kindly explain everything we asked and looked for a good place accepting third party guarantors for us to live in. We appreciate very much how he treated us and definitely recommend Yup if you're looking for a place in Brooklyn.

Michael Brandon was an absolutely fantastic Broker and was genuinely caring and helpful every step of the way. I was planning on just going to another showing, but when I arrived Michael gave me such a thorough review of the location, owners, neighborhood gems, neighbors, etc. After we realized that maybe this spot wasn't the perfect fit he was ecstatic to take some extra time out of his day to travel to another location that he thought might be a better fit. We were looking for an apartment in NYC this past month and were having a hard time finding one in the current market. We reached out to Michael Levin when we saw he was listed on a property and he made the entire experience easy and wonderful. He was super responsive and made us feel like our getting into a new apartment was his priority. He set up multiple showings at different locations, worked directly with the landlord to make sure our applications were correct, and met us early on a Saturday to sign paperwork. Michael Levin and this company were such a blessing in helping us find a new apartment. We had been wanting to move from Washington Heights to Brooklyn for some time, and it just felt a little difficult in these strange times.
