Stephen and the team were supremely professional and helpful in the home buying process that my husband and I embarked on while residing in Arizona. We asked a lot of Stephen as we were relocating for work and along with having very specific requests for our home we also asked for the process to be completed in just over 21 days so we could move right in once we reached Louisiana with our belongings. The Burk team is outstanding! We dropped in their offices without an appointment (but from a friends recommendation) and met them the same day. They came by the house that night to give us their thoughts. We listed on a Friday, open house on a Sunday with a lot of traffic, and sold on the Monday above asking price after getting multiple offers. Needed little odd-job repairs and touch-ups but could never get anyone to actually show up and do the work - BB had a crew come and got it all done in a few days. Needed a dumpster - next day there it is. Needed recommendation on moving company - another homerun. Priced the house aggressively and had 7 offers in 2 days - several well above asking. Even while on a well-deserved vacation, Debbie was always available and guided us through several inspection hiccups to closing. Just outstanding.
