We used Amanda Miller Realty Group when we bought our first home six years ago. Joseph St. Phillip was our agent back then. We were so pleased the level of service, professionalism, and enthusiasm he had that when it was time to sell our house and buy a new one we reached back out to him. We knew the kind of A+ service we'd receive from Amanda's team of real estate professionals. We were introduced to Lauryn Brooks when we were ready to list our home. She and Joe worked seamlessly side by side throughout the process of both buying and selling. They both really went to bat for us to help us meet our goals in each case. They were more than just our agents; they were our therapists, confidants and family and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We literally could not have done any of this without them, not just because they were our agents but because of the immense amount of support they gave us.

Frankie Hannan was so wonderful while we were selling our house! He is very knowledgeable about everything and extremely patient with someone who was nervous about everything! He always made himself available for questions/concerns... even when he was in Tampa for a Saints game!! That's what a genuine, wonderful realtor looks like! I could never repay him for everything he did for us! If I ever sell a house again I know exactly who I'm calling!! Since I can't do 2 different reviews, here's my next one. Raymond Rossignol was also very helpful and wonderful while we were searching for our new home! For a couple who knew basically what they wanted, but still couldn't decide between two houses, Ray was there to go over every single detail of both houses with us to make sure we got the perfect home for us. Even though that meant standing in the kitchen of one of the houses, for almost an hour🤦‍♀️, going over pros and cons of both, Ray was there every single step of the way! With every question/concern/worry we had, Ray always made himself available to make sure we had all of the correct information and making it a lot less stressful on us. Ray is very patient and comforting! If I ever need to buy another house, he's who I would be calling!! I would 150% recommend both of these awesome realtors! You can't get any better!

Frankie Hannon was great. The day he 1st saw our house, he knew a couple that were looking for something like ours. We didnt have to go any further, they bought it. He also acted as our power of attorney since we lived out of town. The buyers title company changed the dates a few times, but Frankie found the time to make sure he was there for whenever they finally had a closing date. Luckily he was very patient. Great communication with us throughout the whole process. Would recommend him to friends n family!

Kristy Franatovich is the best! She was wonderful to work with. She also put us in contact with a termite inspector and a home inspector, who did excellent work as well. She was available for questions and professional but also firm with the seller's agent to get us exactly what we wanted. Her colleague and fellow real estate agent, Alex Crowson, showed us the homes and was even available over the weekend for showings. Both of them were kind and professional. I can't say enough about Kristy and the work she did for us. I would definitely recommend her and her network of excellent professionals!

I've recently bought a home with Amanda Miller realty. Both Christina and Kristy worked with me for several months and were extremely helpful. Christina would bring me to any property that I asked about, sometimes multiple times. I could Christina genuinely wanted me to find the best property for me. Kristy was super helpful in guiding me through the closing process, she would pick up the phone at any time, answered all of my questions, and gave me very good advice throughout. She was very honest with me and took the time to talk through various situations at each stage of the process. It took me a while to finally choose a place but these amazing ladies never lost patience and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.
