The Oak Street Group is THE BEST! Seriously, if you're moving to Nashville, there is nobody better. We were looking on the website at available houses and found a house that was perfect for us and our dogs. My husband called Jenny and we were able to put in an offer that same week that got accepted! Bonnie and Bradley were also super helpful in this process. With the help of the team, we were able to close in two weeks and will soon move into our new house. Oak Street Group partners with locally owned businesses to assist with appraisal, any type of renovation quotes, mortgage/financing etc. They are truly invested in Nashville and are truly a class act! Oak Street Group is truly the best! 2021 was my second time working with Brianna and Oat Street Group because of my amazing experience buying my first home five years ago. This past year Brianna and her team helped me and my husband sell both of our homes and also buy a new home together. Brianna worked her network of local agents and marketed our properties aggressively to bring us offers as soon as possible. We also never felt pressured, not when looking at houses with Bradley and not even when we considered backing out (because of the repair) after the team had invested considerable work. The Oak Street Team were always more concerned with making sure we were happy and felt confident in our decision than any time lost on their end. After our first meeting about selling my downtown condo, I felt sure that Brianna and her team possessed the talent and skills to help me make the most money from my investment in addition to a smooth closing. And WOW!!…did they come through with everything promised and more!! Shortly after I agreed to list with her, she provided a designer to advise on how to modernize and update my condo within my budget; which included, painting, lighting, hardware, tile work & staging. My apartment needed quite some renovation because the general style was still from the 70s. She and her colleague Jenny professionally oversaw all the projects including painting all the walls/cabinets and retiling the bathrooms. They have almost done everything for me except for the actual labor and communicated everything timely.
