I don’t know how to say how grateful I am for Maria Holland and her team helping me sell our house but I will try! They went above and beyond to make me feel safe in a very scary situation - every step of the way Maria and her team made sure I was comfortable and felt in power of the decisions being made. Maria also made my house look more beautiful for the showings and staged it where I didn’t even know my house could look that amazing. I think they probably helped me more than they should have with getting it ready but helped anyway. They moved boxes, patches holes in walls from nails, packed, even helped me clean everything. I would not have been able to sell my home without Maria and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell.
