I sold my first home with Felix Homes, and Tyler made the process easy and enjoyable. I interviewed several agents before starting this process, and I felt totally confident moving forward with Tyler. He explained each step in terms that I could understand and talked me through his thought process in coming up with an ideal listing price in detail (his background in finance was extremely helpful for this part). I purchased a home in Nashville in March 2022. This was not my first real estate transaction. Tyler Forte is by far, the best agent I've ever worked with. Considering the fierce competition on the buy side, Tyler displayed the highest level of professionalism and strategic insight in order to capture a highly attractive, newly renovated property in East Nashville. I moved from out of state, Tyler made every effort to schedule viewings and collect recordings of his walkthroughs including his impressions and observations of the properties, and sent images of specific items as requested. I was an atypical buyer, and he remained flexible, confident, and excited as the types of properties changed, and the offer strategy evolved. In addition, upon moving in, Tyler made himself available to help coordinate various deliveries and steps to get the property livable prior to my arrival. I have renewed confidence in the real estate agent role after doing business with Tyler Forte, and I hope to do business with him in the future. When I first heard that they only charged 1% commission, I was a bit skeptical thinking there has to be a catch or the service isn't that good, but that can't be further from the truth. We listed our house in Antioch with Felix Homes as I was very much against paying a commission that would give an agent the kind of check that would take equity that I spent years working for. I mean really... It's Nashville! One of many cities where an agent who doesn't waste a clients time can make thousands for just a few hours of work. A six percent commission has become a really unfair deal for a seller of a $300k + home that sells before any real marketing budget gets spent. Tyler was the answer. His commission at 1% is what it should be per company involved in any one transaction. He always answered the phone when I called and had an answer for everything I asked. Our house was sold in two weeks and I will say that the only thing that annoyed me about the entire deal was the buyer's agent getting 2.5%. Far too much for less than 10 hours of work. I sent two of my costumers to him who mentioned they wanted to sell. Both happened while mine was waiting to close and both went under contract quickly. Felix Homes is the only way a Nashvillian should sell their home. High commissions no longer make wise business sense.

Tyler and the Felix homes team give you more than what you pay for. That statement is normally way to good to be true. We will never buy a home any other way and would not recommend the "traditional" Real Estate Agent route to anyone. Our agent was more responsive and seemed to work around the clock to meet our needs. Having used a "big box" real estate agent in the past I have a lot to compare this experience too.
