We worked with Eric Riemer to sell our existing office building as well as find a suitable new space to rent. Eric was always professional and prepared when meeting with us and our Board of Directors and made the sale transaction seamless because he navigated the typical issues so well. When it came to the new space, Eric understood our needs and budget and showed us only options that fit those requirements. He was also essential in crafting a lease that was a win/win from us and the building owner. Overall, it was a great experience and he was a great partner.

Between my business and my husband's, Eric has represented us through 3 deals- one large industrial suite with office space (St. Michael) and two professional office suites (Otsego and Maple Grove) with build outs. Eric worked hard to understand our business' goals and guided us toward spaces that would work for us in what we wanted our businesses to be in the future. He never pressured us, never seemed to tire of showing us options, and was great about sharing his feedback as well as advising us on when to consult with our lawyers. Most importantly, for me, Eric is incredibly laid back and approachable- so I felt like I could be real about what I knew already and what I didn't, without feeling overly pressured to represent myself "professionally." Due to a change in direction for our company we were locked into a multi-year lease on space we were no longer using. Eric found us not one but two companies (one didn't need the full term of our remaining lease) and took care of all the details involved with getting the required approval from our landlord to sublease the space. Eric also helped us find the space almost 10 years ago when we opened our Shakopee facility, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for space, or has space they need to find a tenant for.

After over a year of searching, and two failed deals with another agent, we came across Eric in a (lucky) Google search. He was quick to answer questions, attentive to our needs in a new facility, and did not waste our time by showing us properties that did not meet those needs. While our previous agent pushed to get us into a space regardless of whether or not it was a good fit, Eric found an ideal match located in the exact area we requested, all within a month. Once we had made the decision to pursue this location, he advocated for us throughout the entire negotiation process and worked to ensure that we received a fair deal with the terms of the lease. All said and done, the process took a matter of months from initial contact until the time we signed the lease to our new space. Even after the fact, he has checked in with us to make sure that our transition has gone smoothly and to make sure that the terms of the lease are being met.
