Brad is a one of a kind realtor. He took all our considerations when finding us a home. He has many connections and helped us set up services beyond just buying the house. Brad is honest and won’t sugar coat things which we liked (even if it hurt our feelings). He is the most knowledgeable VA realtor I know which is why we decided to work with him. He had information and answered all our VA home loan questions with one text/phone call away (literally, his soon to be wife was our loan officer). He has a great team! Highly recommend going through Brad when buying a home especially if you are a veteran.

In my search for a house, I knew 2 things - 1) My budget 2) I wanted an investment property; one where I can live in and also rent out. Brad made my experience effortlessly easy! I worked with Grace, Dana and Rob and the team is awesome! If you're lucky and Brad recommends their services, USE THEM!! Some things that stood out to me - Brad and his team are effective communicators! They don't just hear you, they listen to you. They respond to texts, calls or emails promptly and they do all these with utmost the respect. The absolute best out there!

I am a first time home buyer and, hearing all the horror stories of buying homes in this current climate, I was expecting to have a terrible experience buying a home. And although it wasn’t always smooth sailing (I blame covid), Brad made the experience fun and even a little bit relaxing. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I knew he was a realtor in the Twin Cities. When it came time to list our house in Saint Cloud, I called and asked if he extended out of the Metro area. To our benefit, he does. we met, he did an inspection of our home and made some suggestions - and we were off to the races. He hit the price point exactly, call Mnarng nerves through market instability and our beautiful home sold on the 24th day on the market - he told us the average selling time was around 28 days. Brad helped us purchase our home roughly a year ago (at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic) and our process was less then ideal with our buyers being furloughed due to the pandemic. But Brad and his team made sure our closing happened and that we would end up in our home. Fast forward less then 30 days, our basement flooded. Something that should have been previously fixed apparently wasn’t. We go about every avenue to get the basement repaired the right way.
