Erik was able to help me determine what and where to focus my resources on in upgrading my house before putting it on the market to get my. best return for myself as a seller. He provided me with great resources for hired help for projects that I was unable to do myself and he made sure I was supported along the way. Erik is a great communicator and even better negotiator. Team Hoffmann is legit. I was referred to Team Hoffmann by another family, so I decided to reach out and boy am I glad I did. Within minutes, Analise immediately made herself available to tour any homes that I wanted to see. She is very knowledgeable within the real estate space which is comforting because I'm new to the home buying process and was enlightened by Analise after a few short meetings. What I like most about her is that she speaks the truth by pointing out potential issues with the home, which could add expense after the purchase. She has great vision if you choose to renovate, and very respectful of your opinion and thoughts. Most agents will tell you what you want to hear so they get the sale, but at the end of the day Ana is patient and is very caring about your situation. She understands that this is an important purchase for most people, and she wants it to be the right fit for you and your family. Ana is organized, calculated, hustles, and has great communication skills. She is everything you ask for in a real estate agent. My Wife and I were looking for our first home in Milwaukee during the frenzied times of the post pandemic real estate rush. When everyone was seemingly spending recklessly, skipping inspections, etc just to win the sale, Erik Olson was our guiding light to make reliable and safe decisions that ultimately landed our home. He proposed creative ways to construct offer letters that respected our sandbox of pricing while pushing us slightly to be competitive in a highly vied after spot in Milwaukee during a crazy sellers market. His attention to details with the listings, his ability to read us as a couple, and willingness to work with us being out of state on odd nights and weekdays ultimately got us to our perfect location. He is reliable, attentive, and has the "coach" mentality to go for the win but not at your cost. We got our dream house/location and didn't have to go over our budget in the insane real estate times of spring 2022. Would highly recommend Erik, he is your guy for sure!

Izzy Lopez is an outstanding realtor. I had some specific criteria of what I was looking for in a primary residence. Izzy & I had collaborated for several months, keeping our eye onnthe housing market, anticipated my long distance move back to Milwaukee. Not only did the man show me twenty (20!) properties over a two day period in such short notice, but he included properties that met my strict criteria and gave me an honest assessment about what to expect during the individual showings. During the negotiation process, Mr. Lopez was *completely* responsive and very communicative about the realities and expectations to what I should expect. As my realtor, Izzy went above and beyond to get me a variety of different quotes for repairs/service options. As my agent, he provided realistic, level-headed advice and did his due dilligence on contacting the seller's agent and lenders. As a military veteran client, Izzy also gave sound advice as to any ramifications/impacts from home buying using a VA home loan, especially when it came to potentially submitting offers on properties and the nature of VA home inspections. We were moving our family from Arizona to Milwaukee and Matt made it very smooth. He made time to go go view 8-10 houses on two separate weekends when we were able to fly in. Another thing that I think was important is that he did not pressure us into making any offers. We looked at close to 25 houses over 2 months before we felt comfortable making an offer.
