I’ve lived here for 4 months and have been extremely happy. My apartment is spacious and well kept. They have great fire pits and grills. The gym could be bigger but it’s decent. I love the community rooms and community feel of the complexes. The staff is always super nice and helpful. They’re quick to respond, too!

The management team is extremely helpful and professional. I used to live here and moved out recently due to work. And one of my mail was sent to this older address. Ricky and Tom helped me to contact the post lady and the current resident to retrieve my mail. And forward the mail to me in a timely manner. I would recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a pet friendly, quiet and nicely modeled apartment.

Stitchweld is an amazing place to live. The apartments and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We love the center green area with a staff planted vegetable garden, and a picnic/bbq area that is well used by tenants to gather with friends. But, the number one reason the Stitchweld has our long term loyalty is the incredible staff - maintenance, leasing, management - they all work as a team to take care of their tenant family. And, they do it all quickly and competently. My wife and I are in our 60's and although most of the tenants are much younger, we have been made to feel very welcomed by staff and tenants. So if you are older don't let the young demographic keep you from moving here. It is a great place in beautiful Bay View.

I lived at Stitchweld for a year and had a great experience there. My girlfriend lived here for two years and also had no issues. The management seemed responsive, the maintenance folks were fantastic and very friendly, and the common areas are kept nice. The apartment I stayed in specifically was great, appliances were new, area was spacious. I see other comments about cars being broken in to, I never had this issue however did hear about this occurring when parking in the back area as it was not very well lit. I believe there was security around for a while however I believe they no longer patrol the area as I didn't see them the last few months of my time there. The gym is adequate with a couple of treadmills and actually a decent amount of weights. The residents here are generally on the younger side which comes with occasional noise issues however I never had issue with this. I would recommend Stitchweld as the I enjoyed my time there, liked the apartment itself and found the staff receptive. It is a dog friendly complex which was great for my dog. The one area I would've liked to see improvement in was better lighting throughout the complex including the grassy areas to walk my dog as well as the parking lot area as well.

We are so happy at Stichweld! All the staff are friendly and make us feel welcome, like family. Our apartment is well-maintained with issues promptly corrected. On-site security make us feel safe with evening arrivals or early morning departures. And a bonus garden of tomatoes and peppers free for residents to enjoy. So nice to have settled in this Bay View nook.

Ricky and the team at Stitchweld are wonderful! I found myself in a bind with housing, and Ricky was able to 1. Have me tour the apartment 2. Apply and get approved 3. Get me the keys within TWO HOURS on a Saturday! Honestly a life saver! The grounds are gorgeous with lots of fun activities, the apartment is stunning. Overall 10/10 experience, can’t recommend enough! THANK YOU RICKY!!!!

It is with sadness, I will be moving from Stitchweld. I have been here over a year and it was not just a rental. This is where I moved, a new widow, last year.. From the onset, Donnie, maintenance, became my friend. Tom, what can I say. He said, I was family, still brings a tear to my eyes. The garden, the prompt removal of snow, salt for safe sidewalk is only 2nd to the cleanliness of the hallways, lobbies,, and beautiful grounds. Looking out of my window, I watched the dogs and their owners, as they greeted one another with wagging tails. Everyone being responsible for their animals, and courteous to others. The Apts. are perfect. The surrounding area holds great eateries, boutiques, and the beautiful Avalon theatre. Now the interns, not once have I not been met with the professionalism one would expect and prompt attention to my needs. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Jacob and Herbie. Put Stitchweld at the top of your list, I assure you, after which, you will not need to look anymore. I will miss my Stitchweld family. I will always be grateful to them for their care, of this new widow. I was proud to bring family and friends here and after a visit, my kids were at ease. Thank you Stitchweld, I will miss you all…..

We did not end up living here (nothing against them, our plans just changed), but based on our showing we scheduled I felt like we needed to leave a review. This apartment complex was so cool and had so many unique amenities (wood/auto shop, fenced in dog run (small but albeit there was one), fresh vegetables grown by one of the maintenance men that were free for residents. Clara (in the leasing office) was super informative and willing to answer all of our questions. We brought along our dog on the tour to see the dog run and at the end of the tour they had a little toy and light up leash for us as a gift.

We have really enjoyed our time at Stitchweld! The staff is friendly and down to earth. We have been especially impressed with Donny and Jake in maintenance; they are very prompt, thorough, and kind.

I've been living in the Stitchweld Apartment Community for over 3 years and have loved every second of it. My boyfriend and I were the first ones to live in our apartment and we've enjoyed the comfortable floor plan, stylish finishes, and welcoming community ever since we moved in. The apartment staff has always been friendly, helpful, and responsive with any of the requests we've had. Would definitely recommend!

It was a good transitional place when I arrived to the city. Clean, safe and responsive management. Needed more space and lots of extra fees with Stitchweld. Visiting friends said it was like living in a hotel...now that im in a more traditional apartment (duplex) I kind of agree. Im not saying don't move, not for everyone. It was perfect for a "just arrived to the city" kind of place. I wish I had actually met people while living there but if you're over let's say 35 you're kind of invisible.

I’ve been living at Stitchweld for a little over a year and could not have been happier. Great community and wonderful people! The team is awesome! I recently located to a larger unit with an awesome and very huge patio, the move was literally made so simple and easy for us. Sam Larson has been amazing and she is one the rental agents! Basically helped us with everything and got us moved in so much faster than we thought. We are looking forward to another great year at Stitchweld and hopefully so many more to come!

Stitchweld is a great place to live. Staff is friendly and attentive. Chris has gone above and beyond, and always has any mail/packages ready before you step foot in the leasing office as well as answering any questions you may have. Any maintenance requests are solved promptly, and efficiently. Rooms are up to date with all appliances and very modern. Grounds are also kept very clean throughout the property. Would highly recommend living here!

It’s been a year since my move in and i couldn’t be happier with the quality of service from the entire Stitchweld staff. The amenities and quality of the overall property speak for itself and it makes apartment living easy. Simple tasks performed by maintenance and the leasing staff, from hanging a shelf or TV or personally holding packages and parcels show they genuinely care about their tenants. The BayView community is hip and offers a wide variety of great food and social opportunities. A great find!!!

Have really enjoyed living at Stitchweld. The apartments have a modern style and a lot of natural light. Having a washer and dryer is great, as well. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the grounds are well kept. Other perks include the gas fire pits, the gym, being very close to Kinnickinnic Avenue with a bit more privacy, and being in close proximity to Lake Michigan.

I love living here! We've been a part of the Stitchweld community for a little over year with minimal issues or complaints. The office staff and property manager are wonderful and quickly take care of any questions or concerns. We also love the great variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Stitchweld is a great place to live!!

You won't be disappointed. I've lived here for almost a year and safe to say this is the best place I've lived in Milwaukee. The Apartment - The apartment is spacious, well appointed, and nicely laid out. Our unit is great, with big bedrooms, tons of closet space, in-unit washer/dryer, and a balcony. Our appliances work great and we haven't had any issues since moving in. The Staff/Maintenance - The staff here is what really sells this place. Top to bottom from the front desk to the repair guys, everyone here is great and they really make an effort to make this a great place to live. Package system is great (email notification, obtained at front desk, you sign for it when convenient for you). The maintenance is almost always done next day, and they leave a nice little note letting you know when they were in here and how what they did. The Amenities - This place is really a solid bang for your buck. One building has a co-working space with a gift wrapping station, complimentary coffee station, and speedy WiFi. Another has a party room you can reserve for free. The gym here is the best I've seen in any apartment in the area. And there is also a workshop for people who want to get crafty! Not to mention the middle grounds have awesome fire pits, picnic tables, and grills. The Location - Bay View is really up and coming and this location is second to none. Right off of KK and walking distance to a number of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Grocery stores and a Target within 5 minutes of the apartment. Easy to get to I94, I794, and downtown. You really can't beat it!

I love living in Stitchweld and would recommend it to anybody looking for somewhere in Bay View. The staff is prompt, friendly and reliable. The apartments are spacious and quiet with laundry in unit. The garbage and recycling service is convenient. The only downside I don't currently like is the outdoor parking. Indoor parking is an option, but I feel it's overpriced compared to other places I have lived.

Stitchweld was such a great place to live at! The location is awesome being right off of KK and all the fun things to do around Bayview. The many amenities Stitchweld has to offer are amazing; from the gym to the makers room; we definitely got so much use out of each place! Lastly, the staff is outstanding! We have never lived at an apartment complex with such friendly staff, especially Chris M. Chris would always say hi to us and make sure everything was going well. If we were running late, Chris would offer to deliver packages to our apartment so that we could receive them that same day instead of waiting until the next. Also, he was so sweet with our dog, which we, and our dog, really enjoyed!! We can't recommend this place enough. If it wasn't for needing to relocate for jobs, we definitely wouldn't have left this place!

I had an issue with my car in the Stitchweld parking lot two weeks ago on a Saturday morning that required immediate assistance. Aliyana took incredible care of me and my issue. She went above and beyond what I think her role asks of her and aided me for nearly 2 hours until the situation with my car was resolved. Days later, the Stitchweld team contacted me to follow-up and make sure everything was still going smoothly with my car. Great place to live! 5 stars! Thanks, Aliyana!

I love all of the amenities Stitchweld has to offer! The community spaces, like the coworking areas, fire pits and grills, and gym, are awesome benefits, especially during covid restrictions. Buildings are well-taken care of and it’s nice to have all of the features in-unit (dishwasher, garbage disposal, laundry, etc.).

We love living at Stitchweld! The location is perfect - walkable to all that Bayview has to offer and less than a 2 minute drive to the highway! The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. In particular, Chris M. has been going above and beyond since we first met him at our tour! He always remembers our names and offers to deliver a package to our door if we can’t make it in time to pick it up! The maintenance staff is also super efficient. Any help we’ve needed from them has been completed within a business day! Overall, highly recommend!

I love living at Stitchweld! I really like the look of the complex and enjoy the how well the grounds are maintained. The units are all new so the colors, trim, etc. in my apartment have a modern feel that I love. The staff is super friendly too!

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. On top of all the wonderful amenities, they are one of the few properties that's TRULY pet friendly. First impressions are everything and Jen knocked it out of the park!!!! This place is a total vibe!!!

The staff is amazing and always respond quickly to my questions. I also love how they do free bike rentals, the onsight gym is great and the outdoor area is super well maintained! The wrapping station is also an amazing touch!

New apartment complex in the Bay View area. Has outdoor seating area with six individual seating areas with gas fire pits. They have a small gym with a few machines. Outdoor theatre and the apartments are beautiful also has an indoor common area for the colder months. If you want to talk to anyone here good luck they are very vague and don't respond to calls for service if anything goes wrong with your apartment.

It's simple to gloss over the fact that I effortlessly started calling this "home" within the first week of being here. You can tell the staff puts in a great amount of work to make it feel as such!

So far I have no major issues love the space, the workout gym is spacious and the lounging areas are very adequate. Will update as my time here continues!
