She helped us throughout the entire process, from her providing a recommended listing price based on her market analysis of the area, which resulted in a prompt sale (36 hours on the market) and above asking price, her making helpful suggestions on how best to show the house, and her arranging for professional photographs and a video showing the house. Allison and her team were very professional and promptly answered any questions we had and handled any issues which came up. My husband and I have been working with Ryan to find our first home together after he did an awesome job selling my husband's home in 2018. I was incredibly hesitant to start the home-buying process given the 2022 market and this being my first time experiencing homeownership, but Ryan did a great job of listening to our qualifiers to help us find great options.
