Worked with Sean for a short time, had no issues very straightforward and will tell you exactly how it is. First house we saw he told us it wasn't worth it we really appreciated the straight honesty. We ended up working with Allison due to Sean having too much on his plate at the time (he handled it very professionally and there was zero delay in Getting us working with someone close by) Allison was great and we had zero issues. Worked with Dan on the sale of my home. Many list price offers the first weekend it was listed. Sold in two days!!! I did a few interviews with realtors before deciding to go with Dan. I chose him over the others based on his professionalism, knowledge of the market, and the seamless answers to all of my concerns. I have been a realtor in another state and probably could have found a buyer myself as the market was HOT, but as I was a realtor in ANOTHER state, I wanted someone with the professionalism in WI to handle this transaction and make it as painless as possible for me. Dan always seemed on top of the transaction and was there when needed. We used Land Title to close. Having a title company to deal with a closing is so much better than what most of WI is doing.
