Cory and her team deliver! They are everything we were hoping to find as we searched for our first house. Being new to the city, we ended up viewing a variety of neighborhoods before we were able to determine exactly what and where we wanted to be. Cory was the realtor we went with when we were buying the house so it only made sense to have her be the one to sell it. Being curious we had another realtor give us information and the first thing they mentioned was how much money they would make off it. The second was a low ball offer, not even making back enough than what we'd spent. The third main reason was our almost 3 year old absolutely loved showing her around the house to show the updates. With the other realtor he was a little standoff-ish but immediately gravitated to Cory. She always asked what she could do for us and if she even could watch our child so we could handle other matters, as opposed to the other realtors who kept bringing up the money they would make.
