Greg and Kim did a great job helping us sell our house on a tight schedule. I woke up early one morning, saw the house I wanted to buy online, and contacted Greg about getting our house on the market. He got us a showing and they accepted our offer. We had a week to get our house on the market and Greg was SO helpful! He had a stager come in with little notice, had great photos taken, and a wonderful 3D video. Our house sold in 2days! If we could give the McCarthy Group 10 stars, we would. We've only been working with Greg and his team for just over 18 months, but we built a wonderful relationship with him! My husband and I met Greg after he helped us purchase our first rental property in 2019. Greg was very knowledgeable about the entire experience and even sat down with us to go over the in's and out's of rental properties. Now, 18 months and 1 more rental property later, he helped us purchase what we consider close to our dream home. With any home purchase, there are always low points and high points during the process. I couldn't be more happy and impressed with the work Greg and his team have done for me and my family. The first time I used Greg was back in 2009 when he sold my house in 2 weeks. He helped me purchase the home I am in now, and I referred him to my sister who purchased her current home through him. My parents are elderly and have been trying to downsize from their large house and find a small 1-story home where they will enjoy their twilight years. Greg was able to get them the one house they had their hearts set on that is located close to me and to their health providers, and they are beyond grateful. So am I. He will be selling their large home as well. My parents are at the age where I have witnessed people trying to take advantage of them, and I feel very protective. It is a major relief to me that Greg is helping them because he clearly cares about them and what is best for them, so I know I can leave them in his hands without worrying. He still makes the effort to keep me included on all communications with them, so nothing falls between the cracks on their end, and so I can confirm everything is as it should be (which it always is), even though it is their purchase. He has the patience of a saint, and even when I find myself frustrated with the many "old-person" demands and concerns my parents voice, Greg demonstrates nothing but care and concern and a professional demeanor. It feels like he has all the time in the world for my parents, and he answers texts and emails at all times of the day. I also want to add that Greg is SHARP. He notices and remembers every detail - he really listens and takes in everything that is said. Plus, every element of his work is done with perfection (I say that as quite a perfectionist myself). I don't know Greg in any way other than as a realtor, which I wanted to clarify so no one thinks this is a biased review. It is only based on my personal experience as a client.
