I can't begin to speak highly enough of Ashlee Cantin and RE/MAX Innovative Properties. When I tell you that this realtor cares about here clients, I mean she goes WAY above and beyond. There were a number of challenges with our purchase and Ashlee was there every second, every step of the way. I appreciate all that she did for us to make this deal happen. From the moment we met Chris on December 8th until the closing January 31st, Chris has been nothing short of magnificent. From the beginning upon meeting her she displayed confidence, knowledge of the property, a warm friendly demeanor, and was very enthusiastic about selling the property. As she walked through the home with us she gave us very thoughtful suggestions and was confident in the price that she could get for the house. And she got that price for us. Selling a home from over 3,000 miles away we thought would be very daunting, Chris and her team made the transition from homeowner to seller a seamless transition. She assured us she would take care of what needed to be taken care of and she did just that.
