I had the opportunity to work with Nicole a few years ago when purchasing my first home. She was amazing at learning about my situation and pointing me in a direction that was right for me. If she couldn’t meet with me to view a home she was able to send a knowledgeable team member so that I was able to see every home I had interest in. Nicole was responsive to all questions in a timely manner and when it was time to close she was on top of everything! Nicole is absolutely AMAZING to work with. We purchased our house in Alton, NH with her in October 2018. She went above and beyond with this incredibly challenging sale, making it happen on a deadline! Two years later when we decided to move south to North Carolina, we did not hesitate to reach out to Nicole to sell our home. She even helped us find a lender to work with in NC so we could facilitate a fairly seamless sale in NH to purchase in NC. She always goes above and beyond, dealing with the not so fun or pretty aspects, that can crop up when your buying or selling a home. She's upfront and will work to get you the best deal while being in your corner 100%! She's always available and very responsive. You won't go wrong with Nicole! I'd give her 10 stars if that was an option!!
