The Lofts at Mill Number One was home. I absolutely loved living there, and am going to miss it terribly. My apartment was a dream come true for the past few years. The staff became friends, except for Chloe. Chloe became family to me. They truly have gem with her working there. If you need a place to call home, check them out. You won't regret it.

My family (me, husband and 1 year old) moved to Mill No. 1 after we sold our house in September, and our experience has been fantastic. Here's why: 1. It was incredibly difficult to find a rental, and a lot of properties/landlords were not communicative at all. We enquired on an apartment and heard from Chloe right away. 2. The application process was slightly more intensive than others we put in, but as someone with a kid, it is appreciated that they put in extra care and time into choosing and accepting tenants. 3. The amenities! The workout room, theatre, basketball court are nice to have on premises. 4. The building is beautiful, and the exposed brick. 5. Pet friendly! We brought our dog and cat with us in the move, and Laney loves meeting all the other dogs around. 6. Proximity to other things. In a 5 minute walk, you can get to Waterworks Cafe, Stark Brewing, Common Man at the Tru Hotel, and you can get to Elm in 8! 7. The staff, including maintenance are always so nice and helpful! Chloe, Blake, Tom and Felix are great! We had a small maintenance issue when we moved in which was fixed ASAP. 8. The app we pay rent through, Zego, is so easy and reports the payments to your credit bureau. (Maybe this is the norm now, but it definitely wasn't last time we rented) If you're on the fence, take the plunge! You won't regret living at Lofts at Mill No. 1

My family and I have been at the lofts at mill one since April of 2021 when we moved from Florida to New Hampshire. The experience has been absolutely amazing. Not only were they helpful during our cross country move and sensitive to our questions and needs, but the experience has consistently stayed that way. The office staff is absolutely fantastic from having a basic conversation to making sure we all have what we need for snow days. The staff also makes sure to provide fun activities, such as an ice cream social, and a great living environment. The apartment building itself is well kept and clean with any maintenance issues we experience getting resolved quickly, during heavy snow they provided us with access to covered parking , they also have access to a freight elevator and regular elevator for anyone’s needs. Overall this place is an amazing place to live, my family..toddler included, have really enjoyed our experience here. I have absolutely no complaints to give, I think this place would be an amazing fit for anyone looking to live in the Manchester area.

The Lofts at Mill Number One has been one of my favorite places to live. The location is fantastic. You're literally close to everything. Chloe and Blake in the Leasing Office are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I can honestly talk them up all day. (haha) The maintenance crew is also very helpful. Tom, Jason, and Felix do a great job, and are always on top of it if you need something repaired in your apartment. If you move here, your neighbors will be hard to beat as well. Everyone is nice and respectful. I highly recommend this place.

I've loved living at the Mill One apartments for the past year. The location downtown is unbeatable, with walkable access to Elm St and the Millyard. Community is very quiet and all the other tenants I met were very nice. I would definitely recommend living here!

Fantastic staff and gorgeous apartments! Located right smack in the center of town, very walkable to the river and to local shops and restaurants downtown. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff. They are so kind and helpful. Chloe and Bri are awesome and total pros, and if you have a maintenance request, Tom is there to help. I moved here cross country and the team helped to make it seamless on their end from start to finish. It is a friendly atmosphere, nice amenities, quiet, historic, and beautiful. The area is easy to get around and central to lakes, mountains, the coast, and surrounding states. It’s just as fun to come home as it is to go adventuring. We love it!

This place has truly become home for me. I love this community and the ability to get to know some of my neighbors, not to mention the extraordinary leadership from our property managers! I literally walk everywhere, given it is just a couple blocks from Elm Street. And in the few times something needed service in my unit, staff was quick to respond and make the repair. So grateful to live here and will definitely miss it!

I will preface this by saying that I have never left an online review before in my life, but if anyone deserves it, it is the Lofts at Mill Number One. We were looking for a temporary living solution while we sold our house and built our forever home. We were able to take out a 9 month lease with option for month to month after if we needed it (and we did!). These apartments are beautiful, clean, and functional. The bedrooms are huge. The building itself is kept in an immaculate state and things are always being improved (hallway carpets are being replaced as I type). Above all, Phyllis and Wendy in the front office are wonderful and have gone above and beyond for us. Living downtown Manchester, we thought there would be a lot of noise, especially on weekends, but we have been here over 10 months and there are people on our floor we have never seen! It is SO quiet. We rarely have had issues with parking. We are one of the only families in here with a young child, who enjoyed the basketball court and candy in the front office. We will miss living here. If you are looking for a unique, clean, quiet, professional living environment, this place is for you!

I have been a resident at the Lofts at Mill One for almost 6 years now, and could not be happier. The apartment is beautiful and very well taken care of; I really haven't had any issues, and the minor ones I've had have been taken care of incredibly fast by the great team here. Speaking of the team, the office staff is really the shining star (especially Phyllis!). I look forward to getting packages because it means I get to hang out with some really cool people in the office. Seriously, this place is incredible and has felt like home since the day I moved in. Location is great, building is beautiful, and all of my friends are jealous when they visit!

We moved into the Lofts at Mill Number One about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. The space is amazing and the views are beautiful looking out over the river. What's best to us about living here would be the phenomenal staff ~~ Phyllis, Wendy, Jay and Tom. They are all so accommodating! It's wonderful to have the opportunity to live in the millyard.

I moved in the Mill One Loft apartments after it opened. I have lived in these apartments for about 5 1/2 years. I love that these apartments are dog friendly and they supply doggy bags for your dog. Phyllis is a wonderful lady and her staff is great too. I know I’m in good hands, because anytime a problem comes up, Phyllis makes sure it’s taken care of. You have natural gas for heating and a washer and dryer in the unit and those 3 things alone make it a great place to live. They even clean your windows, inside and out once year, what other apartments does that.😁

I love living at the Lofts at Mill Number One! The apartments offer high end appliances, granite counter tops, exposed brick walls, tall windows, and spacious floor plans. The residents are friendly and respectful of quiet hours. The facilities (basketball court, movie theater, gym, and game room) are very clean and maintained by friendly staff. Phyllis (property manager) and Wendy (leasing agent) communicate effectively, professionally, and timely. I love being able to walk to Fisher Cats' baseball games, productions at The Palace, concerts at the SNHU Arena, or simply to my favorite pub for a pint!

I only looked at one apartment and this was it. I've lived in quite a few places, and you just know quality, attention to detail, and ease of living when you see it. The Lofts location is ideal, public and private parking are available right in front of the building, and the amenities and apartment itself are spotless and stunning. But the BEST part about living here are the people who manage operations. Wendy, Phyllis, Jay and Tom just make your life easier and more pleasant. They're always patient with answering questions, happy to see you, and they help you with packages! In addition, their communication and professionalism is excellent. I don't think I've waited longer than an hour to hear back when I submit a question. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! [EDIT] Just want to highlight again how helpful Wendy and Phyllis were with helping me arrange my move out of the Mills and overseas (with a baby, no less!). I really couldn't have done it without them. If you're looking for a place that makes you feel like home--this is it.

I have lived at The Lofts at Mill #1 since it opened in 2013 and absolutely love living here. It suits my busy lifestyle by offering convenient walkable access to all that downtown Manchester has to offer such as restaurants, fitness centers, running trails, grocery stores, post office, SNHU Arena and the historic Palace Theatre! The units are well designed by incorporating brick walls, large windows and 13’ ceilings with modern appliances and amenities giving it an urban vibe. The staff here at The Lofts are incredible and go above and beyond for their residents. It’s comforting to have familiar faces greeting you when you arrive home. I would highly recommend The Lofts at Mill #1 to anyone looking for true city living!

I've lived in the Lofts at Mill Number One Apartments for a while now and couldn't be more happy with my choice to move in. I'm new to the city/state and the onsite property management team has been nothing but welcoming and accommodating to any of my needs. They are a pleasure to deal, whether it's with securing my endless online shopping deliveries to giving my dog hugs and kisses every time they see him. I have never had any major issues that I've needed assistance with, but even the minor things they have been right on top of it and fix things way past my expectations. The building is very well kept both inside and out. Snow removal is on point during the winter, which is a huge plus! All of the common spaces are well designed and are welcoming to residents and guests. When you get inside one of the units, you wouldn't second guess why anyone would want to live here. The original mill touches of hard wood floors, original exposed beams with a modern industrial feel really makes for a nice touch. Plus the updated kitchens are A-Mazing! Again, very happy with my choice to call this place my home! If you're looking at places in downtown Manchester, close to everything I highly recommend these lofts.

Mill#1's convenient location and charming living spaces are two of many reasons which make it a wonderful place to live. The property management and staff quickly response to any issues and clearly communicate with their residents regarding anything from snow removal to Christmas tree pick-up. The apartments here are so nice and full of so much history. It’s really convenient to downtown and being able to involved in what’s happening around Manchester. Thankfully we’ve had few issues, but any that have come up have been handled by the maintenance crew, Felix and Tom, very quickly. It’s a very dog friendly community. The office staff is so great as well.
