I’m sure that he would be equally as amazing with more experienced home buyers but since I was a new home buyer and a VA loan user I can speak only on those things. Jerome Duval was recommended to us by our lawyer and what a great blessing that was as we faced the task of selling of my Dad’s house. Right from the very minute meeting him, I knew we were in great hands. He steered us in the right direction and made sure we fully understand the reasoning behind every action. He beat the projected date for getting the house on the market—and even had our first showing the same afternoon it hit the market. We quickly were on contract and then faced the challenge of working through the Probate system required for us to complete the sale. Jerome persistently pushed things along and even drove required documentation up to the court to save a week lost in mailing. He worked diligently to keep the buyer’s agent, their title company, myself, and my lawyer all informed to prevent surprises. I have never met a more dedicated realtor than Genevieve. She goes above and beyond to help her clients in any way possible. Selling a house in the middle of winter can have its challenges, Genevieve helped shovel the deck and patio, salted the driveway and even mopped the floors during the open house after everyone went through in their wet boots! After the open house Genevieve helped me sort through all the offers and made a spreadsheet so I could easily review and understand the different terms and conditions of each offer. Genevieve has been my realtor for three separate transactions and I will continue to work with her in the future.

Kevin Howland is a very good listener. He doesn’t want to sell your house. He wants to make sure that you that you’re informed of the market and what your home is worth. Then if you are on board, he will get it sold really quick regardless of the market as long as you listen to him on the worth of your home in that certain market. Kevin has sold 3 homes for me in all different markets. One was not a great market at all. He sold that home in less than a day from taking over as my realtor. I didn’t get what I was hoping for but I got a better understanding of value and market because of Kevin! Thank you Kevin. Please keep doing what you do as you truly know what you are doing!

I requested info on a house for sale through a website and Matt contacted me in less than an hour to set up a showing for me. I knew immediately the first time we met that he was the Realtor I wanted to work with even though at that point, if memory serves, I don't think he had even sold a property yet, or at least was very upfront that he was new at being a Realtor. That was almost two years ago. I finally closed on a house last month. In those two years Matt assisted with showing me over 50 houses, many of them when either I hadn't received pre-approval yet or it had expired, or we hadn't been in contact for months when life determined the house hunt had to be put on hold. If I called Matt he almost always answered and if I left a message he called me back the same day, if not within a couple hours. He always replied to my texts almost immediately, even late at night of early in the morning. His hustle and sense of urgency are unsurpassed. When I had a question and he didn't know the answer, and this is what I found most impressive, he was very willing to admit it and commit to digging up the answer and getting back to me as quickly as possible. All too often people in a sales position just make things up on the fly or try to mask the fact they might not know something with bluster and salesmanship. Not Matt. His sincerity, ethics, and honestly was blatantly apparent in everything he did, everything he said. He's kind, willing, and friendly. Matt listens and is empathetic and he's loyal. When I first started looking for a house with Matt my wife was recovering from a lengthy hospital stay after getting ill and almost dying. She fully recovered and since then our life paths diverged and we divorced. Through all that upheaval, including a pandemic, Matt understood how it affected the home search, and he was patient and listened as my priorities changed over and over. I will keep growing my investment property portfolio in the years to come, and I'm so grateful that I began this journey with Matt assisting me on my first house. In a couple years when I'm ready for #2 I will call Matt Riley because he's my Realtor.
