We came to Tre as first time home buyers who were new to Louisville with a limited budget and high expectations. Tre had a lot of patience when dealing with our lack of knowledge on the fundamentals of buying a home. He helped us understand the trends of neighborhood comps and what to look for in them. He also pushed us to get thorough inspections of our home so we weren't caught off guard. After several weeks and near a dozen house tours we found the home we wanted. It had everything we asked for including a desirable neighborhood, finished basement, attached garage, fenced in yard, three bedrooms and two baths... the list goes on. Once we were finally satisfied [ we might have been picky :-) ], the home we chose was a short sale. So again Tre patiently worked with us and the seller/banks to arrive at an agreement, a process that took over three months. Tre was extremely helpful in getting our house sold. We listed our house in January of 2011, during a terrible housing cycle when people just weren't buying, yet we sold our house in a month. I know this won't be everyone's outcome but it demonstrates how hard Tre works for you. Tre held a showing almost every other day for almost a month when we accepted an offer. And we got close to our listing price. However, Tre's service didn't stop there. We had a trip planned in February and we were concerned that we'd have to cancel it. Tre stepped up again and arranged to have us fill out the any necessary documents and Power of Attorney so we wouldn't have to cancel our trip to be at the closing. The day of closing we got a text saying "The deal is done! Enjoy your trip!". THAT is service. THAT is Tre. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Tre worked with us and gave us advice on what steps to take along the way.
