If I were a realtor in Louisville, I'd be knocking on Matt Hoagland's door to figure out what he is doing right because unless the customer service, value-add, and promise to deliver on the small and large things is at the same level of Matt's I'd either work for him or get out of the business. Matt has it figured out, he prioritizes people and doesn't gamble his reputation on a few extra bucks. We had to move out of our house quickly because a job offer moved us out of Louisville. We had a mutual friend who liked working with Matt and it became obviously why he was recommended. We moved out of our house and out of Louisville and Matt and his team cranked away. Matt was honest about where he thought the house would sell, made recommendations that we reasonable and we are glad we trusted him. Matt's team was on point every step of the way working in the background making sure we were happy and satisfied even though we were no longer in state. We first made contact during the summer of 2020 and I didn’t end up closing on a house until the end of December. He was very thorough through the process and at no time did I feel like I was being rushed into buying a home.
