I sold my home in 2 days, very unexpected! As I had lived there for 24 years. There was definitely not time to buy another home. I made a decision to find a condo to lease. That's when I bumped into Robert Massey Company, as I found a listing of interest. Needless to say it was the right property for me. From the moment I signed my lease, it has proved to be an excellent management company to deal with. I have got to know the staff, as I stayed much longer than I expected, almost 3 years. The properties are above average and have always addressed any thing I needed in more than a timely manner. I have got to know many of them over time. They have been friendly and always helpful. I must say the properties they manage are above average. I love to give a review, when one is earned over time. You wont be disappointed, as they have many options available. Let me give a shout out to, Robert Massey Company!! Thankyou to each and everyone of you!! Its called Teamwork. I appreciate so much for making my three year transition amazing!! I Will miss you!!

Updating my rating now that I've lived here awhile, hoping I didn't mislead anyone. They had asked me to post back then so I did even though I hadn't really interacted with them much. If I could go back now, I wouldn't have left the big complex. While I still really like my condo and maintenance wise I haven't had too much trouble, I have been less than impressed with the office staff of Robert Massey. I've honestly never been treated so rudely. They do have hidden charges and their lease agreement is misleading on multiple things and they are very argumentative about it so be cautious. I've talked to several neighbors and apparently I'm not the only one. They're just another money hungry property manager. Original post: I moved to a Robert Massey property in Middletown about 6 months ago. I've been a renter in one of the commercial properties nearby for several years. The experience here so far has been TREMENDOUSLY better. Moving in was a breeze, they answered all of my questions quickly and were easy to work with. And no hidden fees! I haven't had many issues requiring maintenance but what I did have they were incredibly quick to respond to. They take very good care of the property, it's always clean and kept up. Their lease agreement is much more reasonable than any of the large properties too.

I have always had a great experience while renting through this company. I have lived at my residence for almost 3 years. When I first moved in my water heater didn't work and my heart sank. As soon as I informed the people of Robert Massey Company, they had it fixed the very next day even though it was a weekend. My husband and I purchased our first house and after finding out that it was infested with toxic mold and uninhabitable, we found ourselves looking for an apartment. We were really dreading dealing with all that comes with apartment living but fortunately, we found Robert Massey. We have been living in our apartment for a year and cannot give enough positive praise for Robert Massey. They are the most professional management company I have ever worked with. Cory has been extremely helpful with any problems we have had. Any issue is dealt with professionally and extremely quickly. Any service issues were taken care of at our convenience, on the same day. Additionally, they have excellent communication and call to follow up and make sure you are satisfied and that any service workers were professional (and they have all been outstanding). As a former employee, Robert Massey Company has been one of the best places I have worked. The most enjoyable part of the job was that the atmosphere felt like family. If you're looking for a company that really shows their appreciation to their employees then you found the right place. I worked the front desk while also helping with accounts receivable/payable. I really enjoyed being able to connect with tenants and owners and making sure they all had great experiences. I have nothing negative to say about my work experience here, it was always a fun day and everyone had great attitudes. The job itself will keep you very busy, but if you're like me and hate being bored working here is perfect! Hard work at this company does not go unnoticed. I continue to stay in contact with my past co-workers at RMC and that itself shows that you really will find a family here. If you're looking for a life-long career home this is it!

Teri, and the Robert Massey the organization, was a pleasure to work with. They managed our property for 3 years in Louisville before we sold it. While they managed our property it always had a paying tenant. When there were repairs to be done R&M worked quickly and efficiently to make sure my property stayed in great condition. I always felt they displayed excellent stewardship while they were in the management capacity. When the time came to sell the property, Teri performed superbly. She provided excellent counsel on what needed to be repaired/replace, managed the process, and worked to keep our costs low. She correctly assessed our property’s market value and we received an offer on the first day. During negotiations with the buyer she correctly advised us not to accept the buyer’s counter offer. We sold for our listed price with no concessions. We are very happy with the experience and cannot give them a higher rating.

I took over a lease about 8 months ago and they made the process really easy. I have had no problems with the apartment since I got here, but I have heard from my neighbors that they take care of issues quickly and they have done work around the building to improve things (paving and cleaning the parking lot!) I have recommended this company to many of my friends already! Update: It's been more than a year and a half now and I'm still so grateful to have found this place! My apartment is taken care of, kept clean outside, in a great location, and all of that from friendly, helpful people at a great price! I continue to suggest this company to friends as they look for places to live. Also, I had a couple plumbing issues this past year. They came the day I called to fix the problem both times, quickly and easily!

I've had a wonderful experience renting from Robert Massey. I can not say enough great things about them!! I was blessed to have found my condo on line & i absolutely loved it!! The price was great, location was great, neighbors were great, the pool was right across from our condo, which me & my kids lived at every day, (even after work) all Summer long, we even made great friends there!! Holly was wonderful & was always on top of things, if i needed maintence, they were always out in a day or two. I rented from them for two years, the owner wanted to sell it & i wanted to buy it & the only reason i didn't is because it was a 2 bedroom & my boy/girl twins were wanting their own room, otherwise i would have stayed forever. We miss our condo dearly & it will always hold a piece of our hearts!! Thank you Robert Massey for everything!! I highly recommend them!!

I was able to specifically pick what unit I wanted (at the time they were building a new building and it was almost completed) and they finished it faster so I could move in. What an unbelievable experience working with Robert Massey Company. First they handled the management of a rental condo. They determined a fair rental value based upon factual data and quickly found a qualified tenant to pay the reasonable rent. They were so easy to work with and it was painless compared to the challenges we'd faced renting it ourselves. When we decided to sell the property - we stayed with Robert Massey and Teri Hall as our listing agent. Teri was on top of everything and we followed her lead on pricing and negotiating to get the sale. We went on the market in early March, had a contract in just a few weeks and closed a month later. Robert Massey Company was my property manager on a rental property in Goshen KY for 7 years. When I was ready to sell Teri Hall of the Massey Co. handled it for me. It was a difficult sale with numerous issues including structural issues which were found on the home inspection. Teri stayed on top of it and managed the repair. She also managed to keep the buyers engaged and saved the deal. This a was critical because I am retired and live out of state.
