So I moved in 11/ with my husband and newborn child. . Marissa was my leasing agent and she is simply amazing! She answered all of my questions making my process as easy as possible. The Orsini throws community events; I was able to attend one so far and it was nice, family oriented and fun!!!!! I have had one or two complications with my apartment but Marissa handled them with such ease and professionalism that I still rate this luxury apartment a 10. If you get the opportunity to move here jump on it ASAP. I have not lived anywhere like this before. I truly feel like I live at a luxury resort. The amenities are INSANE and clean. The people I have met so far are super nice. *Ask for Marissa. She is a beautiful soul inside and out and extremely organized and informative. Thank You Orsini. I am looking forward to living here!!

My partner and I moved in about 2 weeks ago and we have had a great experience so far! We moved from Texas in a very tight window of time and Geoff truly made this transition so much easier for us. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable of the entire property, but he truly demonstrated great care and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled for our move-in date. We highly recommend this property, it is safe and has so many amenities not offered around.

This apartment complex is an oasis in the middle of DTLA. It has everything I could possibly want and so much more. I feel like I am on a tropical vacation but this is actually my home. If you love nature, the outdoors, Italian art and aesthetics then this is a great place for you.

The Orsini is an upscale downtown living community that is close to many attractions, parks, Dodger Stadium, Convention Center, entertainment venues, public and offices, as well as Chinatown and downtown shopping for all manner of economical to expensive budgets and tastes, There's also great restaurant choices and varieties. The residents are young urbanites, professionals and students, and, residents are generslly unpretentious, relaxed and friendly in their composure, but not nosy. As well, Orsini tenants and their guests represent a good cross section of the ethnic diversity within the metropolitan area.This location is a great opportunity to live a multi-cultural experience in a multi-ethnic environment and offers one the chance to see how easily we can get along when we respect and experience our differences and share in that which are our commonalities. The Orsini maintains one feeling quite safe because of the safety and security features throught the Orsini property, and, also because of the traffic presence of law enforcement moving through the area.This community offers one many modes of convenient transportation options to get from point A to B. And bus route service a few feet from stepping out of the Orsini. All that one needs to live within the community is most oftentimes only a few feet from residence when one lives here. I would have given it a five star rating if it weren't for elevator issues, I've noted twice, where one of the elevators wasout of commission within the last few months - but it didn't take long to get it back in service. Rest assured, there are other working elevators for those who need them. Exits, garages, elevators and stairs are clearly marked for ease of maneuverability. The Orsini is a good place to experience the LA scene and SoCal lifestyle, and a great place for those who are keen on adventure. Quiet respectful upscale young minded trendsetters call this place home. It is definitely worth your time to check out the Orsini right in the vibrant heart of Los Angeles.

My friend and I have lived at Orisini for about a month. So far we have liked the way the apartment is and what not. However a few major things that aren’t cool. The fuse in the kitchen went out so we can’t cook anything because the stove won’t turn on and for the past three days there is a “maintenance will come tomorrow” response. No maintenance… Now out AC is leaking and the filter to the AC is absolutely disgusting. We have lived here less than 60 days which I’m sure it was never changed nor looked at. We also noticed that our patio light is out and our bathroom light is out which was also prior to moving in. Needless to say thing adjustments could’ve been easily solved if management would actual look and check out everything prior to move in dates. There is no reason why we should pay this in rent to wait over three days without a working stove, leaking AC, and the lights should’ve been fix as well as the AC filter prior to move in date.

I stayed here during the summer of 2016 for a college study-abroad program and I’m back full time in 2022. They’ve been able to maintain the same level of cleanliness. Employees sweep the hallways and outside the complex. Security guards do walkabouts. Repairmen do work around the complex. My leasing agent was Mario Junco and he was extremely helpful during the entire leasing process. He was able to answer all of my questions. I have a one-bedroom apartment and it has all the necessary appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave) and space (living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet, balcony, and bathroom.) Appliances are relatively new. Nothing older than 4 years old. Walls are somewhat thin, you can hear loud neighbors, crying children, and people in the hallway. I wish the walls were thicker. There are trash chutes in the hallway, they are really close and convenient for your room. Trash bins are in the garage for big boxes and items. For deliveries, small packages go to the Amazon lockers. Orsini will give you an account to set that up. For big boxes that don’t fit in the lockers, they go to Resident Services in Building 2. Each unit has a mail box in the mailroom. You are given a key for it. Elevators are relatively quick with moderate space. All in all, there are a lot of positives to this place. I feel that this place has a good amount of safety. You need your key fob to go everywhere (elevators/units/stairwell). So outside variants won’t be able to wander anywhere unless they have a key fob. I definitely think this is a place to seriously consider if it’s in your price range.

Saying that Marissa is the BEST LEASING AGENT EVER is truly an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! This lady is absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything she does is 5 stars. She’s been at this property for a while so any question you may have she has the answer. She helped my husband and I lease recently and finding the right apartment “for you” could be very difficult. Marissa was very patient, informative and went over and beyond to make sure that not only we found the perfect unit but also the best parking space that was close to our unit. She treated us like how she would want to be treated and to be honest, that’s very rare in LA. Security here is top notch and let’s not get started on the amenities! All I have to say is that if your thinking about moving here, put DOWN your worries and pick UP the phone and call Marissa. You’ll be glad you did!

I recently relocated to California. Everyone can agree that moving can be very nerve-wracking especially coming from out of state(Miami). I toured several rental establishments looking for my new apartment and the customer service and the genuineness to help here at the Orsini was unmatched. Nicole Johnson was my leasing agent and she took care of me from start to finish. Even when i asked questions that she already explained (my bad lol) There was nothing but smiling faces throughout the process and everyone was eager to help whether it was a last minute phone call or how she helped ensure my paperwork was completed expeditiously. I am truly excited about my new apartment and location is so great I can literally walk, ride a scooter, or uber to any of the local stores, shops and restaurants. I see security guards everywhere and you need a key to enter everything so safety and security is very present.

Nice luxury apartments to stay in LA on Sunset Blvd. Walking distance from DTLA. I stayed here for 2 months during my official trip. Some of the attractions close to this place is DTLA, Chinatown, the Dodgers stadium. It's right next to 101 and 110. These apartments have 3 swimming pools, one rooftop swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, race track, volleyball court, basketball court, seperate place for barbecue. It also has ample parking space. I booked it from Airbnb. The price is slightly on the upper side but worth every penny.

Great place to live at, Management has been great so far when it comes to service and communication. Really love the way we get treated here. Geoff and Daphne are really polite from the leasing office and Angelica from the residential office. Just moved in here 3 weeks ago and by far it has been a great experience. Hopefully the hospitality would be provided evertime during our stay for the rest of the years to come. To other disappointed tenants, just keep calling them if your service has not been done. I woul.. Just like any other apartment buildings they cannot accomodate everybody at the same time. They prioritize the urgent matters before the no so urgent ones. But I'm pretty sure they try to handle every concern.

Jenn is what luxury service is all about! This review has been long over due. I moved in two weeks ago and Jenn has been nothing but helpful and resourceful. On my move in day I was missing a few things in my apartment and she immediately got it taken care of. Me and my wife were looking to move to DTLA and were looking at different apartments there. The task seemed tough, going through so many apartments, weighing options while keeping under our budget. We went through quite a few of them but none of them appealed to us as much as Orsini did. The value for our money we got here was way more than the rest of the options that we looked at. Ryan, our leasing contact, made sure that we went through all the options and kept looking for any new apartments that might have opened up. He was great to work with and provided us with all the info that we were looking for. He came in early, stayed up late for us and was happy to show us around for as many tours as we needed. Landen, his colleague, was helpful in getting us the best parking spot that was available. The leasing office was just great to work with, very friendly and driven to get us the best possible apartment at the best prices. We got a great pool facing apartment which is right next to the gym. So happy! Orsini is just what we were looking for and more. Very well maintained with lots of great amenities. You name it, they have it. And they have the right people to make it all easy for you. Its just our first week here but we're already enjoying it very much! If you're looking for an apartment in Downtown, I would strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with their leasing office (and try to get an appointment with Ryan :)).

Since moving into the Orsini, everybody in the resident services offices has went above and beyond to make sure all our requests are fulfilled in a timely and meticulous manner. Jenn, the office manager, is extremely helpful and friendly. Not only has she accommodated all our paperwork requests, but she also deliberately explains extra information that helped us set up home insurance/etc. Jennifer, her colleague, has also been very attentive to all our needs. Although I have lived in multiple other luxurious apartments in LA and other cities, I was amazed by the expedited service they offer here at the Orsini and I felt welcome by the friendliness of everybody here.

I am not one to write reviews, but this place really deserves it. I moved in about 6 months ago and i completely love it. Leon and Marquis helped me find an apartment and they did an excellent job :).. The building has more amenities than the Ritz, i live in the second building which has a convenience store inside of it, the management do these events for us, like movie nights, i personally joined the basketball league with my roommate. Best of all the service here is beyond my expectations, besides all the recent servicing of amenities, and elevators because they are installing cameras everywhere i cant complain

A year later and we're still here, although we're moving to a different floor. The staff has been wonderful to us. We still see Leon occasionally and Natasha's been super helpful with things we've encountered over the year. Moving out of the apartment was fairly straightforward. If you pay a standard security deposit and can return your apartment to its original move-in state, I'm sure you'd get some of your deposit back. But, if it's your first time living on your own as a college undergrad and can't be bothered by cleanliness, then I'd probably count on not getting a return of that deposit. So far most of the negatives about this place are still with some of the residents. Note all the older people living in the buildings. Chances are those are the neighbors you'll love. They're quiet, put their trash IN the trash chutes, and are respectful of their surroundings. Now take note of your neighbors that unknowingly slam their doors, lazily leave their trash in the hallway, or allow their dogs to urinate on the carpet/tile. Hope to hell they break their leases early and/or get arrested for selling drugs. So long as you live closer to the former example, you'll be okay. To sum it up, 5 stars for the supporting cast, 1 star for some of the crappy residents. *UPDATE* 10/29/14 - Finally found out the name of the maintenance person who's been helping us out this whole time. His name is Jose D, he's great at getting your broken apartment bits back up and running.

The Orsini is a spectacular place to live or vist someone. I mean the place is just beautiful. You have a lot of luxury around you and a lot to keep you busy getting fit or just being by yourself or with that special someone in your life its also a great place for kids. The employees are really friendly and very respectful in a way to me they are just like family. The reason why I gave the Orsini three stars is because we're its located is in a part of downtown were you can look out your window and see the homeless trying to survive. Pluse when you leave or come back you can encounter with them. Its really sad and depressing to wake up and look out your window or leave to see people that is so much unfortunate and in so much need. I just wish the Orsini was in a better location at times. Other then that the Orsini is a fabulous place.

Look, I don't have any motives here: I'm just a regular dude who moved to the city to live with his girl and I wanted a great pad to go with the big city lights. This place fit the description, was easy to move in, has great accommodations, and while resident services is occasionally a pain for the most part I've loved living here. I'm really surprised to see the bad reviews on here.... glad I've found them to be wrong. Just a few other cool things we do at home here: virtual golf and bowling, a cool walking/running track, full gym, lots of pools, a great view of downtown, and movie nights and events to keep us busy. Honestly, I've never had all this so I was thrilled. Where did everyone live before Orsini that set the bar so high as to call this place an "overpriced hellhole?" I shall never know... my girl and I are living the dream at our two bed here. Just wanted to give a counter view. Give it a shot, I've enjoyed it.

Just moved to Cali, attending USC. Saw a lot of housing when moving out here, and I knew I wanted to stay at one of the buildings like Orsini. I've been here for about 3 months now and it's fantastic. When I'm done with a long day of classes nothing beats coming home to my hotel of a complex. The amenities are great, the Internet is like none other I've seen, and my friends never want to go home. Leon was my agent, I spoke to a few others before hand but no one actually returned my call except for Leon. He got me in here with no hassle, and if I ever have issues with the complex he'll take care of it. If you're moving out here, I'd highly recommend the Orsini.

Managers from the leasing office did a great job, especially, Earnest - he is a first manager who met me in the office and introduced Orsini from nice layout while I was waiting, Akira - she is a second manager who took me to interesting and informative tour, and finally, D’Angelo - he is a third manager who did all paper works very quick and easy. What an adventure it is to live in The Orsini! You can definitely enjoy that Cali lifestyle with these pools, gyms and OMG full size basketball court! The neighbors are nice. The community is cool. But the best part of it without a shade of doubt is Jenn - the Alfa Manager that helps you to make all the hustle and bustle regarding your living here look so tiny that you won’t even notice there was hustle and bustle in a first place. I have never repented my decision of choosing this beautiful apartment. Resident services is awesonme, especially Jenn (Manager, Resident Services). I had to give notice to vacate as my work location is changing and everything was very smooth, today i went to change the dates of my departure and there was no hiccups. Be sure you pay close attention to your lease. We arrived from out of state to stay here at an apartment advertised on Airbnb. Apparently the lessee sublets his apartment unlawfully and the management at The Orsini has to enforce their rules. We were blindsided after traveling all day. The complex looks very nice, I can’t say anything about renting here since we were asked to leave. Do not sublet your apartment! Airbnb is also taking action against the lesser as it’s also against their policies.

I have lived at the Orsini since 2009. There have been many ups and downs as well as multiple changes in staff. I have had two large stressful events that have happened and in my thoughts were not properly resolved or handled by lower staff members. Both times, Rocio (one of the long standing managers) has stepped in to make sure that I was heard, understood and my concerns were properly addressed. I do feel that the staff needs more work and see that Rocio is working hard to make sure that happens, even taking on additional responsibilities that her staff should have handled and resolved on their own. She is a great manager who is always hard working and caring of residents in the building. These five stars truly belong to her.

The good: Maintenance staff friendly, once in communication the administration was helpful, priced competitively with incentives as well, amenities were nice before covid closed everything down The not so good: hallways desperately need to be updated, tandem parking, loud neighbors and security won’t/can’t do more than issue unlimited warnings, trash everywhere (not the buildings fault, just some dirty people), smoke alarms go off way too frequently so if you work any shift other than 9-5 or are working from home forget about it
