From day one when they took over the property I reside in... I have not had any issues. I was told that they will be totally redoing the duplex I'm in. Started today... Their contractors are ninjas!! I have insomnia and did not hear a industrial dumpster being dropped in back of the building!! Had fun with the contractors. Well they had fun laughing at me!! 😂

Came home last Tuesday to the overwhelming stench of oil based paint next door that bled into my apartment. (Smelled like gasoline). Immediately called management, who quickly offered to put me up for the night in a local hotel. Thank you, thank you and thank you. After opening my window and running a fan for 24 hours (and the partial drying of the paint), it was tolerable. Thanks for coming through for me, David

I’m so thankful it’s realty’s left like this who have an actual human heart and understanding I’ve been renting with Hoffman since the beginning of the pandemic 2020 and I must say it was the easiest process applying and moving in a safe secure home, they are always on top of all responsibilities from maintenance to information that’s needed to be communicated I will be renting with these guys for a long time until it’s time to buy a home later in life, I’m glad I found them and enjoy being a tenant of there’s.

Absolutely First Class service! I spoke with The owner, Joel, on the phone and he i courage’s me to come it and sit down to evaluate my needs... no other realtors I had called offered me to do so!!! The building is amazingly decorated and I knew could feel the high level of professionalism right away... there is an entire team, not some part-time realty company. River Rock took care of me by watching out for MY best interests, even if it cost them money or meant extra time spent, they out in the work. I can’t recommend them enough, call them or stop by their office, you won’t regret it.

I Haven't rented a home yet but i applied for one.I WAS TOLD THE HOUSE WAS RENTED BUT I COULD MOVE APPLICATION FEE TO ANOTHER PROPERTY.MONTHS LATER I SEEN A PROPERTY I LIKED AND THEY WAS WONDERFUL.THEY HELD UP TO WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME.EVERYTIME I CALL THE STAFF ISCARING NICE AND WILLING TO HELP.CANT WAIT TO ENJOY ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES.I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Working with Joel Tvedten exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Joel was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me to determine what would be a good fit. He even recommended a lending agent and an inspector. On top of that, he knew everything about the Little Rock. While viewing houses, he was able to tell me about each neighborhood, and he knew most of the neighbors. He recommended restaurants, parks, bars, and other fun things to do. He was even nice enough to drive me to the local dog parks and walk the Big Dam Bridge with me. Joel was willing to meet or take calls on the weekend since I was on a tight timeframe. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though I was new to the area. I highly recommend Joel! You will not find a realtor that knows Little Rock better.
