She knows not only the neighborhoods but the business, restaurants, schools, health care providers which gives you firsthand knowledge of the areas you are researching. Her depth of resources for both inspections and repairs are outstanding. She guided us every step of the way and because we were from out of the area not only did she advise us to have valuable inspections conducted she oversaw them and made sure we had the most information possible to make the best educated decisions on our new forever home.
