I love the Hoffman Team, they are real people who CARE and they are FAIR. Other companies try to get over with application fees & only care about the money. I worked with David, Danielle, Paige & Kristin & they are a team that will go above & beyond to help their customers find nice, affordable homes. Their maintenance team responds quickly & does what they say they will do. I would recommend you try them FIRST before any other property management company...they are the BEST!!!!!

Jamie was my landlord through my formative renting years and was an amazing landlord, anything I needed he took care of and was always willing to work with me. Now he's got his own team and I've moved on into the homeowners realm. I still recommend his company everytime someone mentions they are looking for a new place to rent. Great!

Liked the way they have things set up to view the houses..once they have your email info they send to you the lockbox code which expires in 2hours gives you the opportunity to share with your family.

The management and staff are phenomenal! I rent an apartment and they manage the property. Let me tell you! They have always answered my questions. If there's an issue (AC, property management, etc...) they are quick to respond and resolve.

I've talked with them in the past and they were quick to respond, but this last time around I called and emailed and heard nothing in a week or so time, but it was also around new years and maybe they took off for the holidays.
