I started renting from Goss Management in May and they have been great! If you prefer a management company that leaves you in peace but responds to serious maintenance issues promptly, then Goss is the management company for you! To be clear, I take care of minor maintenance myself...because I prefer to...so I have no idea how they are on that front. Otherwise, the office staff is very friendly and professional. So far, I am really enjoying my time in this home and Goss is a big part of that!

Have been renting from Goss for only a few months now, customer service is excellent and they are very friendly! Ive had quick response time with repair request, and they ROUTINELY come out to spray and change air filters like they are supposed to! We will see how the rest of the lease term turns out, but so far very nice experience.

I was a medical student between 2001-2005, and during that time I rented from Goss management. It was a great property, very convenient to school, and overall in great shape and well maintained. Mrs. Goss was always a pleasure to deal with, and always professional. Towards the end of my lease I inadvertently damaged the refrigerator and it was replaced right away. I really enjoyed my time there, and overall had a very positive experience.

The maintenance department is awesome. They respond quickly and make sure your taken care of and always keeps you in the loop. I absolutely loved the application process smooth and the move in process was made as stressLESS as possible! I will highly recommend GOSS MANAGEMENT to anyone looking to move. Rather it be a single family home or small multi family community. They can take care of you. 😉

I have rental properties that Goss Management takes care of for me. I have two other businesses to run and don't have time to take care of myself. One of my main concerns is that any work or repairs to be done, be done correctly and NOT necessarily the cheapest. As a general contractor and property owner this is important to me because this is a long term investment and needs to stay in good condition for many years. My experience with Goss Management has been very positive and they have made everything easy from record keeping, screening tenants, to quality repair work. The company I work for also manages properties. If we are unable to provided what someone may be looking for Goss Management is who we refer them to. Best staff and a great selection of properties. Normally, if you are one to take the time to read the reviews for the company, please keep in mind that very few people will take the time to write if they had a good experience. But you will get the disgruntled reviews more often, just because someone did not get their way.

I had quite an issue with a refrigerator deliver from home depot to my property in North Little Rock that Goss Mgmt takes care for me. Im in California so you can imagine how difficult this was. Paige was an ENORMOUS help through out the whole process. Always keeping me updated, answering/returning all my phone calls and emails...even during non working hours! I would 100% recommend Goss mgmt to anyone looking to rent thier home. You will not be disappointed. THANKS PAIGE!

Overall been a good company to rent from. Be sure to tattoo the emergency afterhours phone number to your body though as they do not list it on their website or on their voicemail. Left me in quite a plumbing bind all weekend

I absolutely love Goss Management, Myranda & Marcus are a power team. They got me in my home so quick I wouldn’t work with another Realty company. I’ll give 10 stars but there’s only 5. I shopped around before I came across Goss Management I’m going on 2 years with them now. I couldn’t have made a better decision.
