Cathy Tuggle was a saving grace when moving my family from Fort Worth TX to Little Rock. She moved 1000% faster than other rental agencies I inquired with. We always dread the process of trying to find an apartment, especially with 2 small dogs. We always end up going to place after place with no luck. After a short discussion with Veronica of Apartment Hunters, we had a list of ~7 complexes that met our criteria. When I tell you that I absolutely LOVE SHELBY!! She went above and beyond to help my little family find our new luxurious home! She assisted me in viewing a few apartments but that’s NOT the only thing I’m here to talk about. I called Apartment Hunters after initially beginning a search on my own. I spoke with Veronica who very promptly sent me a list of apartments which fit into my criteria. She accompanied me to all the complexes on the list over a two day period, all of which were viable options. On the second day, after the last visit, Veronica took me to one additional complex on her own, that was in addition to the initial list. Ironically, I ended up choosing that complex. Everyone at Apartment Hunters are absolutely amazing! Especially the agent I had the pleasure of work with which was Veronica McKnight, I literally called them on a Monday needing assistance after so much frustration with trying on my own. I called Apartment Hunters spoke with Veronica, explained when I was looking to move and the type of home I preferred, the area I preferred, along with a few other personal questions to better assist in their search for me, but absolutely non intimidating. I explained I was 18 weeks pregnant, and ready to move within the 2 weeks or so, I also explained the issue I had been having during my own search and why I needed their help. After explaining this to Veronica she got on it right away, I received an email literally 2 mins after getting off the phone with her with a list of properties and a feature to select “like or dislike” which helped her understand what I was looking for and my interests. Once I submitted that I “I liked” a property we decided it would be beneficial for me to go ahead and apply for it in the midst of setting up a time to view it. There were two properties that we’re like a dream, two that I really hoped to get. Lo and behold I received a text from Veronica letting me know I was approved for 1 of them and ready to move in. I decided to share my experience here because prior to reaching out to AH I was feeling defeated, and Increasingly frustrated especially after spending soooooo much money on application fees and taking time off work to go view properties. Veronica was so professional, personable, and extremely prompt! There wasn’t a day that went by where I didn’t receive an update from her, I also loved the convenience of not having to go inside of Apartment Hunters place of business In order to receive help. Everything was done over the phone and through email, Veronica made this experience beyond amazing and easy. She ROCKS like seriously! the entire process took about a week. I recently started a job at The Rep and needed to find an apartment with short notice from over 1,000 miles away. I also had a very small budget and hopes and dreams of a beautiful, safe apartment in a nice part of town. After doing some research on apartments, my mother and I decided it would be a good idea to get help from Apartment Hunters. We contacted AH and were helped by Nicole, who was super understanding and responsive to all of my very specific wants and needs. As a young and ambitious woman, it was nice to have a likeminded person helping me with the hunt. Though I was many states away, Nicole sent me several options for apartments and then sent totally new suggestions when I needed to change my price range, desired neighborhood, etc. When I finally made it to Little Rock, she greeted me with a goodie bag full of apartment info, snacks, water and other accoutrements. Then she chauffeured my mother and I around literally all of LR to the apartments I wanted to visit. Moving from a small town of 7,000 to the state capital, to say I was nervous was an understatement. While I was excited to start a new adventure in a new city my main concern was finding a place to live. I’ll admit I was *highly* skeptical going in there, mainly because I loathe apartment complexes, and any good pad I’ve ever had in the past was found by me doing my own legwork. After living in the same house for almost 3 years, my family moved from California to Little Rock, AR when my husband was offered a job at Heifer International. My husband had to start work immediately, leaving me to pack and tend to some of the moving responsibilities. My husband stayed back in Phoenix to sell our home and my boys had a month left of school. As the time grew shorter from the end of the school year I started looking for a place to live for my family and found veronica at apartment hunters. She drive me around the city helping me get familiar with the roads as she showed me apartments. My husband had found a home from Phoenix and I ask her to take me there, me made a appointment to do so. This might sound like it not a big deal but most of the rental company are all on line and you do it yourself, now if you have no clue of the area it's quite overwhelming. The problem was the house in Phoenix needed to sell now, so the waiting game was on. When the house sold we immediately called Veronica to get the ball rolling for the house. She worked with my husband through the phone to get things done. When we drove in from Phoenix 19 hour drive she agreed to meet us at the home to sign the papers knowing how tired we were. She is more then a realtor for the company, she's a concierge with a smile. I would recommend this company and veronica for sure but all the office staff were super nice and helpful.

Arkansas suites/ Apartment hunters. We were in Little Rock for my husbands training, for 5 months. They were so awesome with finding us a furnished apartment right in the north Little Rock area, exactly what we were looking for. Easy process from beginning to end, well experienced with military. Everyone in the office is so nice and very helpful. We stayed at the Metropolitan. If we had any maintenance needs, they actually were faster on getting someone to us than the Met. Staff. That’s not to say the metropolitan staff downstairs weren’t great, they were. All around we were in the perfect location for downtown activities, as well as hiking and if you have kids they have an amazing river walk park area. I highly recommend getting ahold of these guys.

Commenting to share my experience!! I called Apartment Hunters maybe a month ago and met Dillon! He was absolutely fantastic! I had a very specific vision and he met all the criteria for what I was searching for. I had a brief moment where I wasn’t sure about a place so he didn’t place any pressure on me to rent. I was out to lunch with my mom and I got a call from him - he had a listing pop up that was absolutely perfect for me and called me instantly! Without him I never would’ve found my new home! I used Arkansas Suites (a.k.a. Apartment Hunters) to arrange a short time lease for a couple months in a furnished one bedroom apartment. I am a military traveller, and needed the flexibility of a hotel with the comfort of an apartment. Kristen and Apartment Hunters delivered 100% on all counts. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean, close to downtown restaurants, and came with excellent amenities such as a pool and BBQ grills in the common area. The wifi is speedy, and the facility is secure and easy to access. The unit came with a high end washer and dryer, which was very convenient. Two TVs with hi def cable internet provided standard entertainment options, without the annoying hotel menus or constant demand for PPV. The leasing process was simple, and they were extremely flexible and understanding when my move out date changed (early) from my original lease contract. The check in and check out were quick and easy, and my invoice was emailed to me the day I left. Kristen and her team provided same day enthusiastic support on any issues or questions I had (which were few and far between). I highly recommend this service for all temporary renters, whether for business or personal.

The people at apartment hunters are awesome but the apartment i end up getting is horrible! I moved to colony West apartments and i first apartment they gave me was full of roaches. It was so bad we couldn’t even continue to move in. I complained to the office but they did nothing! I called corporate and they finally got me moved. Now it’s better (NO ROACHES)but you can hear EVERYTHING! I get woke up everyday bc the lady downstairs yells at here kids to wake them up or starts singing at 6am. When the neighbors walk, you can hear it in your apartment. If the neighbors sneeze you can hear it. The AC unit it’s extremely loud which makes you have to turn your tv up or leave out of the room to even have a conversation on the phone. And barely no parking. I use to live in Briarwood apartments i was paying $300 less and it was awesome. I will not be signing another lease here. And i don’t recommend you do either. Apartment hunters did their job and was very helpful. I just ended up with a bad apartment. I regret signing the lease here and i literally have to be here until December of 2019

I will never look for an apartment again without calling Zack first. I’m not gonna sugarcoat this, I was in a bind. From an open chapter 13 bankruptcy to an apartment complex from eight years ago reporting a discharged debt as money owed on my rental history report, and of course all the bad credit chapter 13 vibes in between. Believe me, I’m no stranger to failure. Now for the good: I’ve never had a gap in my employment history and I make a decent wage. I’ve been my own man since I was 16 and I’d like to think I’ve done well. I had seven years of signed leases, collected from my previous property, and a sparkling criminal history that any Twilight vampire would be proud of. That being said, chapter 13 bankruptcy, dude; life happens sometimes, and I’m not the only one. If you’ve been through it, you know what I’m talking about. Like anyone else who’s come up like I have, I’d like to think that my actions over the years spoke volumes to my character and level of commitment to my obligations. I’d love to say that the majority said, “wow, in spite of being you’ve been a pretty responsible guy; not excellent by any means but nowhere near the worst. Kudos to you.” I wish that’s how this worked, but 17 declined lease applications at $45-$65 a piece later painted a pretty clear picture. I’m thinking, hell I couldn’t even rent iceberg on the island of misfit toys at this rate. There aren’t many people who will look beyond all that, but Zack is that guy. I called him up, we had a quick ten minute conversation about what I was looking for in a property, and I explained my situation in detail so that there wouldn’t be any surprises. He let me know that he had a few options on his mind already, but he wanted to call a few properties to see if there was any potential. He let me know to be expecting an e-brochure with his findings by early afternoon. He didn’t miss a beat, I had the brochure around noon and to be honest I was amazed at the properties on it. There were some top notch locations, including one that was my first choice but I was afraid to fill out an application for fear of being denied. I called Zack back and he drove me over to look at the one. There’s only one thing I can say about our visit: Good Vibes. At the end of the day, a lot of people, Zack included, went to bat for me. I ended up exactly where I wanted to be, I move into my new apartment tomorrow, and I couldn’t be happier! Zack, thanks so much for your help! Everything was top-notch and I cannot thank you enough!
