This is the easiest review I'll ever write. I used other individual's reviews to help me find Blackbird. After I began working with Alexis in tenant services, I was immediately put at ease as she guided us through transitioning a home used by family into a rental. I had planned to fly in from out of state and manage some updates and repairs on the property, but through Blackbird we had access to all of their vendors. Not only did I save time by staying home and guiding decisions remotely, but the prices on new carpet, flooring and repairs through their vendors saved so much money as well! After all the work was complete, I was emailed pictures and the property looks GREAT!! Today I received a personal signed thank you note from Blackbird. I couldn't be more grateful to return the favor publicly...THANK YOU Blackbird, and especially Alexis for making this process for my new tenant and myself so simple!!

Mark Lister does a wonderful job here and went above and beyond to help us. Now that we moved out of state, we definitely miss him! The house we lived in was in perfect conditions when we moved in, we never had to call for maintenance and we made sure to return the house how it was given to us. Once we received our security deposit back, it came with the invoices so we knew what we got charged for and it’s great to have things clear. Their attention to detail (biannual inspections, maintenance programs for air filters and pool, etc) is fantastic. I had been looking for a property manager to help me with my rental that have been vacant for 6 months when I called Blackbird Realty and Management, Inc. When I called I was told that people I needed to talk to were out showing property's if i would like to leave my name and number and someone would get back with me to answer all my question. I thought that i wouldn't hear from them for a least a day or two but to my surprise the owner George Trombley was returning my call an hour later. He answered all my questions and explained himself very thoroughly. That same day after becoming our property manager George conducted an inspection of the property and found an issue with the power. The power issue was resolved very fast in a matter of days. It was very easy to stay in touch even through the weekend by phone or text. From the time Blackbird Realty and Management, Inc. started managing my property until we had a tenant it only took 8 days. We are very happy with the great results that Blackbird Realty and Management, Inc. showed us in a very short time. A few months ago, my father asked that I help him with having an empty condo rented out in Las Vegas. He lives in Southern CA and I live in Arizona. This realty company does an excellent job in promptly completing requests for service. My air conditioner went out one evening so I put in a request for service through the online tenant service. The company emailed me the name of the vender the next morning around 5:00 am. The vender then called me and set up an appointment for 9:00 that morning. By 9:30 am my air conditioner was back up and running. I was very pleased and thankful as the temperature was forecasted to be 100 degrees that day! Great job!!
