I am very glad we chose the Lori Ballen Team for our home purchase. I knew we were in good hands at our very first email exchange with our real estate agent, Krista Porter. We had so many questions. Krista made sure every single question of ours was answered thoroughly and timely. As a first time home-buyer, there is nothing more comforting than knowing all of your questions matter. She was always extremely proactive in all of our communications. She works very hard and always made sure we felt that she was there for us. No matter what, you will always feel like you are her priority. I had a 7-day due diligence period. Krista walked me through every step of the way and always communicated to me our next steps. We came from out of state and at times needed to change our schedule last minute. Krista was always accommodating. She also made herself available to be at two of the inspections that I was unable to attend. Krista Porter helped us purchase a home in Las Vegas in the Mountains Edge community. We were not that familiar with Vegas neighborhoods but she guided us to a spot that would work well for our needs. We like to mountain bike and love the action of the strip as well.
