Anthony Knight was great at helping me buy my second home. He was truly knowledgeable and had a great relationship with the builder. I bought a 3200 sq. ft. Lennar new built home in Stonebridge at Summerlin (January 2020). He listed my first home "for sale" and was able to find me a buyer in the right time frame (December 2019). That buyer unfortunately backed out of the deal on his due diligence period. So now, due to my short timeline, we decided to list it "for rent". Anthony found me a tenant the same week he listed it as a rental (February 2020). He always gave me greatly needed professional advice throughout the whole process, being my first experience selling/listing a house and becoming a landlord. Not only did he offer to list for 1% commission (if the sale would have gone thru), but he also gave me a commission rebate on the new Lennar home. I highly doubt any other realtor in town would do this. All his office staff was great and friendly as well. I am incredibly happy with my new home and would definitely call him in the future for any of my real estate needs.

Yes. It really is 1%. I picked Anthony after reading numerous reviews and the thought I would try the 1% Platinum Realty Group. Anthony responded quickly to my desire to sell my house. He came to the house and we discussed pricing and came up with a fair price. That day he put a lock box on the front door and advertised the house on various websites. The next day he had a sign in front of the house. Realtors started calling immediately. The house was ready to show. I gave the realtor a time that they could show the house and I left for about 30 minutes each time. The house was seen every day for 9 days and then we received an offer. I accepted the offer and the house closed 40 days later. The easiest house selling experience ever. Documents were signed over the internet using DocuSign and communication was primarily through text messages and emails. It is a very simple process. Anthony and his office were very professional and kind. If your the type of person that does not need your hand held during the selling process then Anthony Knight and Platinum Real Estate Professionals is the place for you. Also you save thousands on the cost of selling your home.

This was my first experience selling a house. I had always been leery over the exuberant percentage the real estate agents took in this day and age. A time when most people do all research via the internet, directing the agent to the properties they want to see, with the sellers agent just posting information to the internet. Anthony Knight was in total agreement with me, which is why he charges a 1 percent rate, atypical of what most agents offer. I believe he offered everything a higher priced agent does ad more, by always being available for my questions and assisting me in everything I needed to do in order to sell my house. I would highly recommend him to any who are looking to sell their property.

Just sold our house with Anthony at the end of June. The photos taken of our house created a beautiful on-line listing, which I believe is the most valuable thing to attract buyers. Then he made the showing process easy by allowing the potential buyer's agent to text us directly to arrange showings. Much more expedient than having to go through him, like so many other selling agents require. He was also excellent when negotiating on our behalf. At just a phenomenal 1% selling fee, he is super busy and you may have to be patient with his return calls, but I've waited longer with selling agents at a full 3% commission . And to top off the positive attributes, he's a rescue animal advocate with his time and money. My bottom line always comes down to, would I hire this person all over again? And the answer is a DEFINITE YES.

Joe Tinnel was our realtor and everything went great. The deal is 1% for Joe but with full service, which we were skeptical of but gave him a shot. I can say Joe gave 100% to earn that 1%. Want it done right? Call Anthony Knight! Seriously, Great job. I moved out of state from Las Vegas in February of 2020. I wanted to save wherever I could and was happy to find a 1% listing agent. I was also nervous since I was putting so much of my net worth in the hands of a stranger while being so far away. I called his office on New Years Eve and got Mr. Knight directly. He was clear and concise about the process, the photographer took great clear pictures and even took the time to adjust the amount of light in each room to really show off the property. Mr. Knight is truly an expert in the Las Vegas market and the real estate process. He has wonderful support staff to process the paperwork though I was in communication with Mr. Knight the whole time. Here is the bottom line: buyers do most of the shopping online so most of the value of the listing agent is: 1) MLS listing 2) pictures/description 3) negotiation/paperwork. We were on the MLS fast with great pictures and description, the process was handled smoothly and Mr. Knight saved me more through negotiation than he cost me for his fee. I am an agents worst nightmare and I know it, but Mr. Knight was patient with me, answered my questions in a timely manner and respected me as a person as well as a client. It can be hard to know the good agents from the incompetent ones before you agree to work with one. I have had several agents through the years and this is the first time I've written a positive review. Give me a stack of bibles because though I did not know Mr. Knight before listing with him I wish I could use him for my next sale and would recommend him to anyone I liked.
