Carolina kept me in the loop when their was maintenance to be done, she communicated well between me and the tenant, and she checked with me prior to any maintenance performed to make sure it was ok with me (the home owner). Avalon and Laura the owner, have gone above and beyond for me on so many occasions. I first meet Laura under terrible conditions. Im a Realtor in Ca and I unexpectedly lost my father. All of a sudden I had this rental in Vegas to take care of. Laura provide so much help and support. I thought I would have to sell it asap but with her management co I was able to keep it. Since then, her company has completely taken care of everything from from repairs to providing income and expenses statements. When I need advise on market values she as it all. As a Realtor I have worked with several property management companies and I can honestly say Avalon is the best I know. I tell Laura all the time I wished she was in Ca so I could give her all my rental info.

My wife Adelma and I have rented a property from Avalon for the past year and a half. Just like any rental company, they met with us for an inspection on the day we first got our keys, and to be honest, quite a few things needed to be fixed or replaced. Evidently, the last tenant wasn't very kind to their rental property. From the get-go, Avalon went out of their way to fix or replace everything that we brought to their attention. Communication was outstanding. On one occasion, I had a concern with the irrigation system and I was directed to the owner Bonnie who was supposed to address our concern. It was no questions asked. She took care of the issue immediately. The maintenance director, Lori, treated us like gold. We love Lori! Ashley and Nicole, two of Avalon's office managers, were always professional, respectful, courteous, and helpful. Everyone at Avalon Realty was responsive for the entire 18 months that we lived in their rental house. The people at Avalon have become like family to us! We won't forget them. Thank you everyone at Avalon for making our stay in your property so memorable.

My experience with Laura B, PM and Bonnie have been outstanding from the first day, April 2012! I own a service business with over 150 employees and have found that no matter what you do for an individual, sadly there are customers that are just never satisfied, who feel entitled to more than what is noted in one's contract. Laura has been my property manager for multiple units and Bonnie has been my realtor for several of the purchases. Not once have I ever experienced anything but professional, courteous, and fair transactions with Laura, Bonnie, and the staff. Over the years, I've had numerous issues with rental properties from severe pet damage to homes, flooding, non-payment from tenants, etc. and never an issue with anyone at Avalon Realty and Oaktree Management. In fact, due to their quick and decisive actions, Laura and Lori (staff) saved me tens of thousands of dollars on a flooded unit not long after signing with them. Personally, I don't understand the negative reviews. As we all know some people have an axe to grind. I have been on both sides of the rental/owner equation and if (as a renter) you pay on time, take care of the home, notify the PM of leaks, potential issues, you won't have an issue. I have experienced renters destroy my homes leaving me with thousands of dollars in expenses. Thankfully, Laura, Bonnie, and staff did their job and protected my investment. If you want an honest review of their business practices, please DM me and I will gladly share my experience for the last 9 years versus an individual who rented for a year or less. Sadly, today in mere minutes it's too easy to destroy someone's reputation and all of the good and honest work built over decades. If I could give Avalon Realty/Oaktree Management 10 stars, I would do so without hesitation!

I am an extremely detailed person who did my homework 17 years ago in looking for an excellent Property Manager to manage my Las Vegas rental. I settled on Avalon Realty and Oaktree Management and have not regretted that decision ever since. They have not disappointed me and to this day continue to provide superior customer service in all aspects of managing my property..... 17 years and counting. First of all, they have an excellent support staff who are not only caring but extremely knowledgeable in property management do's and don'ts! As an owner, I expect to be advised if there any current or potential problems and Avalon does just that. For example, there have been has been an on-going problem of air conditioning thefts while the rental is empty and vacant. I was advised of this fact by Avalon and offered several solutions to address this problem. And that goes for many other issues that can turn into big headaches for Owners. How many other Property Managers do you know would take a pro-active approach? Not many.... and that is why I have stayed with Avalon! Avalon addresses and takes care of tenant concerns and handles repairs in a timely manner. As such, I have not had a vacancy and pretty much kept the same tenant, which means more for my bottom line! My experience has proven to me that Avalon is here for the long haul by being a superior Realty and Property Management firm in all aspects..... the best in Las Vegas bar none!! This is an Updated review for 2021. If there was a rating from 1-10 applied... Avalon would be off the chart, they are that good! They are a home grown outfit with a sense of family in how they treat their tenants, landlords and service companies. They execute a process of continuous improvement and that shows in how they deal with you. Give them a try and rest assured you'll never leave.

A couple of months ago, I had the good fortune to be referred to Avalon Realty & Oaktree Management by my real estate agent. After working with Laura, Bonnie, and their staff for the last several months on various projects regarding my properties, and most recently a horrendous flooding issue, I have a new found respect for these individuals. Avalon Realty & Oaktree Management is extremely honest, professional, and their response to calls and emails is most timely. Recently, I had to contact Laura Barberini and the office staff multiple times over a 3-week period. Every call was handled with courtesy, attention to detail, and an urgency that was needed for my situation which involved flooding. I was truly impressed by how quickly Laura and her staff jumped into action after a tenant call regarding 2 inches of water throughout my home. Not only did she resolve ALL issues with the tenant as a result of the flooding, but by her prompt attention to the situation, she saved me thousands of dollars in rebuilding costs. It is not an exaggeration to say that Laura, Bonnie, Lori and her crew worked around the clock to put my house back in order before the tenant returned from vacation. I am, and will continue to be, truly grateful to Avalon Realty & Oaktree Management for treating my home like their home. I felt so helpless being hundreds of miles away, but due to Laura, Bonnie and the staff keeping me continually updated and informed regarding potential costs, they saved me thousands of dollars. I appreciate their honest and direct approach to addressing any and all situations that arose. If you want an honest, reliable, and trustworthy property management team, you would be foolish with your time and money not to first speak with Laura and Bonnie. I'm glad I did as they saved me much time and money with their skill and expertise in property management. 5 stars, hands down. Bonnie helped me select and purchase a great condo in a great part of the Las Vegas area. All aspects of the process were handled quickly and professionally. Great communication, quick and courteous replies. She negotiated a better deal for a few repairs that were needed, and is even coordinating the repairs from her vast network, which includes only the best. I have also used Avalon/Oaktree for about the past 5+ years to manage two other investment properties I own, and they have been the best. I went through two agencies before Avalon/Oaktree, and was very fortunate to be found by Bonnie's wonderful service, resulting in peace of mind with my investments. Having benefitted from both the realty as well as the property management sides of Avalon/Oaktree, I can honestly say that their service and team have been wonderful. Since I do not live in Nevada, it is important to me to know that I have someone there in Las Vegas who we be able to handle everything needed in the management of my property. They do a complete background check of prospective tenants and then maintain high standards to keep good ones. All maintenance issues are handled quickly. I have always been made aware if there is a problem I need to address. It doesn't happen very often because Bonnie, Laura, Irene, Lori and Israel are so good at their jobs and so professional that they generally take care of things without a fuss! My husband a I were loosing our home about four years ago and needed a place that was in a safe neighborhood, but not too expensive. We were definitely not looking forward to renting an apartment if we didn't have to. What luck to have found our place online and within 3 days we had everything we needed to move in! I can't tell you what a relief it was to have that stress gone! Over these last few years of working with all the ladies in the office, I have to say, they do not fit the description that I just read. I have dealt with at least 6 different people, depending on what needed to be done (home repairs, inspections, renewal of leases, etc.), and no matter who I've talked to they take care of everything quickly and are always kind. Most recently, our AC unit went out. I called in and spoke with Diane who was extremely helpful and who set us up with an AC company That came out the same day (within 4 hours). They replaced a part that got the unit up and running again immediately. A bit later, something different went wrong with it and I called back to let her know, but it was after hours. Laura (the owner) spoke with me on the spot, 2 hours after they were closed and she should have been off the clock, and immediately got us an appointment for the company to come back out. They were back to our house right away and everything is now running great! This is not the first time we have had such great service and we know it will not be the last. Thank you ladies for working with us and for always doing the right thing even if it means time away from your families to take care of ours!
