Just finished my visit/tour over at the Hanover Montrose. The staff and the property were both extremely impressive. As soon as I entered, I was very kindly greeted at the front desk. After a very short wait I met with Paige, she was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and concerns very clearly and detailed. The property, views, staff and amenities are amazing. As the tour ended I was so pleased with the experience I wanted to move in right then and there. If the beautiful property doesn’t convince you, the amazing staff will!

The first thing I noticed when I came to tour this property was Loni Burke, the exceptional property manager. From the moment I walked through the door , Loni had been an absolute joy to speak with. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and caring nature are truly remarkable. She is always available to answer questions, address concerns, or just chat with residents. Just from the hour I had with Loni I can tell she takes great pride in her work, and it shows in the immaculate condition of the building and its amenities. And you can tell that she would go above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy. And just like how she took the time to know me on Im sure she does with all the residents in the building. Overall Hanover Montrose is an architectural modern beauty that is paired with an awesome staff including its hospitable and knowledgeable property manager Loni Burke.

Nice building, and the team in there is remarkable, I went in there tired of all the apartments I went to take a look at all day and as soon as I got there it was a different feeling. Everyone was very welcoming. Johanna has a very bright spirit and made me feel excited about my tour there. She was knowledgable about the apartments and had an answer right away! Throughout my search for a new apartment, I don't think anybody has serviced me better than Paige from the leasing team. From her warm welcome to the positive attitude to her attention to detail, everything was top notch. I am specific person who asks a lot of questions. Paige was well prepared and more than willing to go over board to get me the answers I was looking for. It is this type of energy that makes me feel right at home. I haven't made a housing decision yet but I must say Paige definitely left her mark on me on behalf of Hanover Montrose.

These apartments are absolutely beautiful. We were impressed with all the amenities it has to offer. Me and my partner were even more impressed with how helpful Johanna was. She explained everything so clearly and she made sure all our questions and concerns were answered. What a beautiful building! The new manager Loni Burke she was so helpful and informative and really sold us on the amenities. The rooftop pool has the best views and the gym has everything you need. Everyone here from valet to the office staff have been so accommodating and helpful every step of the way. Can't wait to live here

I lived at Hanover for a year and at first it was absolutely amazing. Then about 7 months in, there was a notable change. It started to smell like weed everywhere, even coming through the AC vents. Management was informed and took some action, but overall things started to decline. There were more loud parties at the pool, some amenities were broken and despite numerous tickets, never fixed. Elevators were broken for quite a while and someone hit the garage door and it was broken and stuck up for several months. The maintenance team is prompt, but even their quality went down. Hanover is a beautiful property and overall a great place, but it seems Management is letting some things slide unfortunately and it's headed in a worse direction.

Great resident events , very pet friendly with K9 spa, just started my residency at Houston Med. and was referred to this Apt complex by various co workers / residents. Ask for the property Manager Loni Burke. She'll go the extra mile to set you up with not only an amazing unit with a killer view. But if your a transplant like me also with great reconmendations on events,bars,concerts,etc.This lady is a wellspring of useful infomation if your new to town and looking to get settled in. thank you so much loni :)

What I love most about Hanover Montrose is that it’s walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Houston. A few of my favorites are Marmo, Uchi and Travelers Table. Also the on-site facilities are amazing. The building has its own dedicated wine storage room, on-site art studio and complimentary valet parking. The 24 hour concierge service makes you feel like you’re at the Four Seasons. But most important is how awesome and pleasant Loni their property manager is. Not only is her professionalism world-class, her consistency and genuine concern for my wellbeing is a definite plus!

After touring property with Loni was taken by the amneties they have avail. Im a dog owner and this place has a K-9 spa?!!! Like who does that?!! Serioulsy! lol And thats just the tip of the iceberg with this place. If you have the pleasure of touring the property ask for loni burke and prepare to be amazed!!!!

This is prime location. Downtown, the museum district, and the bayou are all less than a 10 minute drive away. There’s a movie theater room, conference rooms, outdoor “loggia” overlooking downtown, workout room, and pool (closes at 10pm) on the ninth floor. Complimentary valet and 24 hr. concierge. Sydney in the leasing office was very profesional and helpful in getting me the lease. The amenities are great as well as the opportunity to socialize. The woodwork in cabinetry, flooring, and molding is below average as well as other finishes in the bathroom and kitchen. The high prices are definitely for location and amenities. There’s a 32 story high rise being built on the south side of the building. The view to the medical center will be blocked in over a year.

Today I toured the Hanover Montrose, and I must say I was absolutely blown away by the level of excellence and professionalism from the Keith and Paige. From the time that arrived to the time I drove off was a very impressive experience. All my questions were answered, and I was left to feel extremely satisfied with my tour experience. I was thoroughly impressed during my visit to the Hanover Montrose. I’d been looking for a luxury high rise property in Houston. Upon my visit I was greeted by the concierge who was kind and helpful. Then I met with Keith one of the property managers who really made my decision to apply so easy! Keith was knowledgeable and and personable. He allowed me time to take in views and snap pictures. He guided me through the property and pointed out all the amazing features tenants have access to. Keith also gave me his email and helped guide me through my application process. I will update this review once I’ve moved in. However based on what I saw the property is just breathtaking and the service was outstanding.

After touring 7-8 properties in the area, came by Hanover Montrose with no appointment in hopes of viewing the property. The leasing staff was busy but the Property Manager, Hollie Isbell, offered to assist us and give us a tour. The experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks to Hollie. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, had a great personality, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, tailored the tour based on our requests, and never once tried to "sell" us (which was incredibly refreshing compared to the other properties we visited). The property is immaculate and everyone we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. After our tour, there was no need to continue looking! If you're looking for a new apartment, I highly recommend you visit Hanover Montrose because once you meet the staff and tour the property you're going to have found your new home!

Hollie Isbell, best property manager I've EVER met, hands down, was quick to accommodate me for a tour. Hollie has the best personality and customer service of any of the staff at any of the other buildings I have looked at and toured. She made the tour so much fun just being herself, and she sold me on the property without even having to actually try to sell it to me. I'm new to Houston so she told me about the area and the best places to check out. She knew one of the biggest things for me was my dogs (which she related to completely with her dogs, she's like my long lost soul sister) and sold me on the dog spa. The private rooftop pool and the wine vault are definitely added bonuses. She sold me on all of the features I love in an apartment, the floor to ceiling windows, the chef's kitchen (not that I even cook that well), all of it. However, ultimately, her personality sold me on it and I just knew it felt like I was at home already. This place couldn't ask for a better property manager!

I've been a resident of the Hanover Montrose for five months now - I was intentionally waiting until I had a decent amount of time under my belt before leaving a review. But now I'm confident in saying that Hanover Montrose is 100% where you want to be. I have lived in a number of buildings in Houston over the course of the past few years, and I wish I would have saved myself some moves and hassle by just moving into the Hanover from the beginning. I don't want to name any names, but I can tell you that if you're looking at "similar" buildings to Hanover Montrose - I've lived in or looked at all of them and all pale in comparison to this building. Sure, it may not be the "newest" of inner-loop high-rises (although don't get me wrong - it's still quite new, opened in 2016 I believe). But this place is a well-oiled machine. The staff is truly incredible. You know those other apartments, where there's a different person at the concierge desk every other week? Or, once you sign your lease, it's difficult to get anyone in the office to help you? Not the case here. The entire staff - from Leslie and Erica in the office to Waseem, Steven and Luke at the front and the valet team (who open the door for you!) - everyone is incredibly professional, fast to answer your questions and genuinely kind. And many of them have worked here for years now, which I've never seen with any other management companies. To be honest, I'm probably kind of high maintenance, always asking questions, sending things to the front desk to be printed, etc. - but the Hanover Montrose team is always super happy to help. Everything from leasing to move-in to daily life is just seamless, organized and well-executed. They are true professionals. All maintenance requests are resolved same-day (even on the weekends). All of the lobby & common areas get deep cleaning daily. Everything is super safe and secure. The elevators are always working (and very fast). The residents are all nice, professional, and low-key. Everything just works, which again, seems like it would be simple - but most other buildings can't pull it off like Hanover Montrose does. Living here feels like living at a five star hotel. Oh, and the location can't be beat. Walk to the Menil, MFAH, local coffee shops and restaurants, etc. The intersection of Westheimer and Montrose just keeps getting better - really there's no other neighborhood in Houston that compares in my opinion. Thank you Hanover Montrose team for making life easy!

Wasn't Really sure about making a move in this market with all that's going on but took a look anyway and decided to schedule a tour with the leasing agent "Keith" after his great salesmanship and touring the property, with all of its lovely amenities such as the complementary valet service and the different community events they have at the property for tenants not to mention I love the new styled keys that they have.. The location is prime and probably top 3 as far as everything from pharmacy's to night clubs are right in the same area. I probably wouldn't have to finish this review to tell you I ended up selecting the penthouse and will be moving in on the 15th of April. With the stress of relocating to Houston from all the way in Philadelphia, I called frantically because I couldn't remember the layout of my unit and was questioning whether I would be able to fit my furniture. I talked to Erica, who was understanding and patient with me. She gave me the measurements of the unit and offered to facetime as well; she assisted in changing my freight elevator reservation; and even went above and beyond by helping me in another matter. Hanover Montrose is the best luxury high rise apartment anywhere near this area. Before I moved in I did a lot of research and a very influential person told me this was the spot. I have been exceptionally pleased by the apartment itself and the quality of living. Honestly, I think the service here is second to none. They have a 24/7 concierge that is always helpful and polite along with free valet. Cholpon was my leasing specialist and not only was she super quick, she was one of the most genuinely caring individuals I have ever met. Whenever I called and Cholpon was busy, Travis the other leasing specialist answered and was super on ball with everything. I need to say that John and Tiffany the property managers were very kind and willing to go the extra mile for any needs or requests. I am just very happy I chose this place, I am literally next to everything from organic food grocery stores to the finest dining. Montrose is the perfect location, only minutes away from Uptown, Downtown and Midtown, which is a must. They also have some really cool amenities such as a 24/7 workout center, a quality swimming pool with a giant lounge area, movie theater, event room, art studio, bike garage, wine storage, and a giant dog park with a professional dog washing room connected to it. I am very pleased with my choice and I have no renter’s remorse at all. I would stay here for the amazing living space, but honestly the service professionals make this place spectacular. I am writing this long post because I own many businesses and I know a good system when I see one. This is simply a great place to live.

Have you ever been on a luxury vacation in a fancy suite and thought I wish I could live here??? That is exactly how we have felt since moving into the Hanover Montrose! The vacation never ends, the amenities are amazing and if you want to find out how you can live here you need to call our leasing agent Travis. Knowledgeable, thorough and great communication thoroughout the entire process from him and the entire office staff, make sure to call and make a reservation! I also wanted to address some of the comments about construction, we live on the North side of the building and are otherwise unaware of the construction. If you feel like the noise will be a bother then make sure to get a unit on the opposite side, other than driving past it you won't know it is happening.

The only major problem at Hanover is the maintenance which is not capable of taking care of such a modern building. Every time there is a power or water outage (aka all the time in Texas) they have to bring in third party experts because the building cannot restore electricity/water automatically. Residents end up spending another few hours or day without power or water because maintenance is not capable of solving simple problems and management is fine contradicting itself by acknowledging an internal maintenance issue first before denying any responsibility.

I had really good experience touring the place. Cholpon was very sweet and professional. The amenity in this apartment is phenomenal, one of the best if not the best in Houston. As a person have just started out a career, having a secured and joyful place to live is not easy, and Cholpon didn't try to rush me into renting a place. If you are looking for an apartment and don't want to encounter hard-sells, definitely check this place out. I really enjoy living at Hanover Montrose. Going on 3+ months and it becomes home more and more each day. The location is huge with everything from Kroger and Walgreens across the street to a wide variety of restaurants and social spots. I basically walk everywhere, and when I do drive, it’s typically short given the central location. The building amenities are great. From friendly valet to the 9th floor pool with cabanas and views. Guests enjoy the complimentary valet too! I have two dogs and the dedicated onsite dog area is great during the week, and we walk the neighborhood on weekends. The staff has always been available, responsive, and nice. I’ve had two minor maintenance requests that were handled same day. I toured a variety of places and am glad I picked Hanover.

I am so excited to have the opportunity to grow my family (of fur babies) at Hanover Montrose. This amazing, luxurious property was the first my husband and I looked at in Houston and the LAST. We are coming from out of state and the moment we stepped foot in Hanover Montrose, We. Were. Sold. Travis R., our leasing professional, was nothing but warm and inviting and truly made us feel like they wanted us to call Hanover home. We were worried that in a city as big as Houston it would be hard to find a places that felt comfortable yet sophisticated but Hanover Montrose did the thing. If you are on the fence on living here, just do it. And ASK FOR TRAVIS, he’s phenomenal. Not to mention and amenities are PAR NONE. We were absolutely flabbergasted by the sheer quality of the entire facility. Not to mention the surrounding area is BUSTLING with activity and so many options for night life and food. We are in love.
