We thought we started the process early enough but seriously underestimated the market. It took us longer than expected but Chantelle was with us and patient through it all. Our family moved recently to accommodate our growing family. Feels good to have found 'my team' - ready to go as we look at investment properties moving forward. Jena, Shenan and the whole team have always been very responsive and thoughtful. They tend to check in on the in-betweens as well, just always being in tune with my wife and I and being sure that we're feeling well-informed as we were moving towards closing on this home. Even after closing they have checked in a few times to make sure there were no red-flags or concerns or anything. I would even ask rookie-homeowner questions via text or email that they had no obligation to answer but answered anyways! I highly recommend Carissa Mendoza! My fiance and I were moving from out of state and knew very little about Houston. Carissa was very good at listening to us and understanding what we were looking for. She visited properties and sent us video walk throughs of the properties. I 100% trusted her opinions on the different properties. Carissa also has very good walk through video skills - I felt like I was there! It was absolutely no issue that we were in another state during the entire process! Throughout the entire process Carissa was very responsive -- phone calls, emails, texts. She would visit properties within 12 hours of knowing we were interested. She was also good at explaining the Houston market to us. Carissa was informative and supportive throughout the process, but did not push us in any specific direction. Carissa also has a very pleasant personality and offered a listening ear when I just needed to talk through the pros and cons of different properties. 10/10!
