Ashley is an awesome realtor! Finding the perfect home for me was a long journey but she was engaged, helpful, and optimistic from the beginning until the very end. She was very understanding in the beginning as I was a first time home buyer, and was very informative with all of my questions throughout the entire process. I was able to learn a lot about the fluctuating market and she made sure that I was hopeful and realistic at the same time- to me, an important quality of a realtor who really cares beyond just closing out a deal. We viewed many properties together that checked all of my boxes, and she was even able to expose me to properties that I did not think I desired but ended up loving! She was also able to suggest multiple financial lenders from her network to ensure that I found a great rate and felt comfortable. Matthew and his team were very professional and knowledgeable in the field of real estate. They were extremely helpful even when it seemed as if I might have been a bit picky at times. They were able to answer any and all of my questions even when the questions came at a late hour. They were always on time when meeting to show me properties. They never tried to push me to purchase something I really didn’t want and I really appreciated that. Chelsea, the one that showed me the property that I purchased was very helpful. And Ashley, the one that showed me the mass majority of the properties I viewed, was always patient And courteous. It didn’t hurt that she was pretty also hehe! He took his time to do a 2 hour presentation to walk me through the whole homebuying process from start to finish. He was very patient with me and personable as I can be very indecisive but his goal was to get me into a home for the long term- exactly what I was looking for.
