Jacqueline was great from the beginning. She was very empathetic with our situation, understanding that we didn't have a lot to spend, and working to find properties that fit both our needs and our budget. She explained everything very thoroughly, even sharing what she knew from her personal experience regarding HOA financials, and was willing and able to give answeres, detail, and insight for all my questions. When concerns came up around certain aspects of the property and the VA loan, she went above and beyond to make sure they were addressed and remedied in time for the appraisal. She was knowledgeable about mortgage brokers, and even was able to contact someone she knew in my brokers office when needed. When it came time for closing, she was timely in ensuring all deadlines were met or appropriately extended. She was even able to get me estimates for work that we wanted done after closing. She is exceptionally proficient, well-connected,and relationship-rich, and I will definitely work with her on my next transaction!

Outstanding service. We had an issue with a tenant and had to make an emergency trip to our home in Hawaii. Michelle Lum was able to meet us immediately on-site to assess our options. Eventually, we got the home on the market and it was sold within a week with multiple offers. She really went out of her way to accommodate our short time on the island to do what we needed on the home. She was always responsive and we were never left wondering what the status of the home was. Closing was smooth and she provided exceptional communication. Highly recommend michelle and Royal Realty. There’s a lot of options on the island and Royal definitely stands above the rest.

UPDATE: After leaving this review Elijah reached out and refunded the % of the cleaning bill he owed me. Unfortunate that it took a review to get their attention, but I applaud Royal Realty and Elijah for resolving the issue and following through eventually. I worked with Elijah at Royal Realty as he was the property manager at the apartment my family rented for 9 months. Upon leaving the apartment, we scheduled a professional cleaner. Elijah and I agreed to split the cost of the cleaner 50/50. I covered the full cost of the cleaner upfront and despite telling me multiple times he would pay me the difference, I have been scammed out of $400. I would highly recommend avoiding working with this company.

Jackie Little was the best property manager/management company we've ever worked with! From the time we reached out about a listing, to signing a lease, to moving out of our unit, Jackie was incredibly communicative and helpful. She was responsive during the day, at night and on the weekends, and if she was ever unavailable, she promptly sent someone from her team. She took care of us as tenants and if we ever decide to move again, we will certainly reach out to her first about units under her care.

Jacqueline Little provided exceptional service and responsiveness in this three-property 1031 exchange transaction that was contingent upon the successful timely closing of a relinquished in order to close on two replacement properties within the strict 1031 exchange timeframes. She was able to expertly and effectively resolve virtual showings, existing tenant occupancy, termite tenting, and counteroffer issues while simultaneously successfully shepherding the identification and eventual purchase of two replacement properties and all the contingent activities associated with purchasing properties, from which any single issue in either transaction could’ve resulted in the derailment of the overall exchange. Jacqueline was able to expertly orchestrate the minutia of all actions required in all three transactions to ensure the successful completion of this fairly complex action. Jacqueline also provides rental agency services and we were so impressed with knowledge of rental properties and her consistently timely follow-through, that we have also enlisted her to serve as the rental property management agency for the two replacement properties. In that role, Jacqueline was instrumental in carrying-out timely rental-ready and marketing activities that resulted in one of the replacement properties being successfully rented exactly two weeks after the closing of its purchase. Overall, our good fortune in finding someone as professionally capable as Jacqueline has been a serendipitous all-services one-stop-shop for us.

Shari from Royal Realty really shined from the onset and we were able to sell our unit at a great price in a relatively short timeframe. I want my money collected on 5th put in to my account by the 10th of the month.. Zego-lease broker is notified by Royal Realty that the money is in by 27th. Then a person put my money into my account by the 28th of the month . With the exception of Saturday's and Sundays and holidays. Can i opt-out of they ADDENDUM? ALSO THE CONTRACT DO NOŤ SPECIFY THE TERMINATION DATE
