I was really quite impressed by Khai from the first moment we met at an our rental house. We actually feel blessed to have met him and he has been our guiding light since then. Khai had a portfolio prepared for our first meeting and were quite thorough in their presentation. Although we had prepared questions to ask before our meeting, we didn't need to ask them because they were all answered in the presentation. Khai was such a joy with whom to work, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home! It is best to work with intelligent and honest professionals when dealing with real estate transactions, especially when you don't know much about the field yourself. We are so lucky to have found Khai Khai, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us find the perfect family to live in.

We met Khai through a recommendation from a family member. Let me say, it has been great working with him as he was efficient, reliable, and personable. When we found our dream house we were bummed another family already put in an offer. Khai encouraged us to put in a second offer even though we thought we had no chance. After a week or so, we were notified the other potential buyer was no longer interested in the home and the seller accepted our offer. I am looking to sell my condo in Honolulu and sent an email to the best 4 top rated real estate agents on Yelp. Khai was honestly the first person to get back to me and has already been to the unit twice and ran comps and discussed our game plan within hours of our call. He is very on top of everything and is the best communicator. I will update this review after we sell the unit. So far so good :) - Fast forward 1 month later: Khai and his team were so wonderful and communicative through the whole process from day one of escrow until the end. I was even on vacation and he texted me daily updates. We listed the apartment on a thursday and we got 3 offers by sunday. I was so pleased and happy everything was so smooth. You really can't go wrong with Khai and his team. They also treat you like their friend, not just a client. If I ever want to buy something in the future, I will definitely go with Khai! By the time you read this, it would’ve been our 8th draft and well overdue. We closed on our condo and moved in this past holiday season, and instead of rushing out a quick post we took a couple more days because Khai deserves a well thought out review. We owe him that much. Truth is, there’s a plethora of realtors out there quick to pass out a business card. I’m sure many are friendly and competent. But you have to be wise with whom you choose to align yourself with. Surround yourself with those who share the same ambitions and who really have your best interests at heart. If you just want the run-of-the-mill RE transaction, then you’ll likely be fine working with your neighbor’s friend’s husband who’s licensed for RE but his full-time is actually working for ABCD Acme-R-Us. Buying a home is the biggest purchase of your life. It should be carefully thought out and is a decision that should be protected and nurtured by people you trust and people who work tirelessly with you. Khai...is nothing short of outstanding and we are so fortunate he’s our friend and in our lives. Take a moment to get to know him, and you’ll see why it’s so easy to say these things about Khai. He is quick to respond (phone/text/email/messengers etc. every which way he’s accessible), he’s tech savvy, well connected, a perfectionist (he pointed things out during our home inspection we didn’t even notice), reliable and extremely knowledgeable! Khai had the foresight about this investment and this project’s success well before the project broke ground over 2yrs ago. We trusted in his advice, and it’s because of Khai our young family is now making wonderful memories in this beautiful home. It still doesn’t feel real. Many dominos had to have fallen first to get to this goal and Khai was the centerpiece in it all. A side-note short-story... With keys in hand and hurrying to move in during the holidays, I’m on a ladder trying to figure out how to wire ceiling fans. The set up wasn’t what I was used to. I gave Khai a chance call, described what I was seeing and asked if he knew what to do or knew of someone who could help me... the guy actually left his office and was here in 10 minutes. Turns out he used to work for an electrician! Next thing I know, he’s up on the ladder in his Tori Richard aloha shirt and slacks while I’m handing him tools. Like handing tools to a surgeon! He had us up and running in a jiffy! Now who does that?! Really?!... Khai does, that’s who! It’s just in Khai’s nature to help whenever he can. We’ll only work with Khai. Forever. In Khai we trust. Anyone else can move on by. =P

If I can sum up the sale of my childhood home experience in one word, it would be: GUIDED. Closing the chapter on my childhood home was a very emotional experience but having Khai and his team by my side made things easier than I thought it would be. From the very beginning, I could tell that Khai was looking out for my family’s best interest. He took the time to listen to the story of the home, how many generations have been there, what our intentions and future family/generation goals are. We discussed a plan and Khai was alongside us every step of the way. Whenever I had concerns or needed help in certain areas (ex. needed a painter), Khai had solutions and provided several options.
